The downstairs comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with dining area and a large family lounge with satellite TV, internet and stone fireplace with a large wood burner.

Gites Boutique comprises of three cottages which can be rented out separately or altogether. The cottages date back to the 12th century and have been renovated to the highest standard using the finest materials whilst still retaining the original features. Each cottage has luxurious bathrooms, oak fitted kitchens, solid oak staircases and oak or tiled floors. All the lounges have stone fireplaces with wood burners and satellite TV, in English and French, and the kitchens come well equipped with microwaves and dishwashers.
Guests may also use "The Lounge" in the large converted barn, where there is a library and sitting area, dining area, games and toys and WiFi. There is a large covered terrace running alongside "The Lounge" with tables and chairs overlooking the spectacular panoramic views of the undulating countryside. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in The Lounge where complimentrary espresso coffee is provided, as well as a kettle and a selection of tea.
For the energetic, there is a gym where guests are able to use the Life Fitness Multi gym, or for those who are looking to relax, there is the swimming pool and sunbathing area which is surrounded by stunning views of the beautiful countryside down towards the village of Villamblard.There is also a relaxing seating area overlooking the swimming pool with sun loungers and comfortable sofas. As the swimming pool is heated it is still possible to swim in the evenings after the sun has gone down and even in the Spring and Autumn. There is total WiFi coverage throughout all 3 properties, all the grounds, The Lounge, outside terraces and around the swimming pool.
From October to May, the cottage can be booked on a nightly basis and includes free use of the luxury hot tub/jacuzzi, new for Autumn 2018. This has room for 6 people and has an intergrated sound system and multi-coloured lights. It is the perfect place to sit in the evenings and admire the stunning views of the surrounding countryside down to the village. Watch the beautiful sunsets then gaze at the magnificent night sky above. Change the lighting to suit your mood and plug in your phone to listen to your own favourite music whilst relaxing under the stars.
