You will have an absolutely fabulous and relaxing holiday in this brand new build in traditional Tuscan style home. Lovely wooden beams and windows and terracotta flooring create a romantic ambiance. From the garden you will have the most amazing views from all sides above the spa resort of Bagni Di Lucca and surrounding valleys.
The villa has all the modern amenities you would require including a beautiful infinity pool with Roman Steps. There is a modern fitted kitchen and a utility room with the washing machine for your convenience. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. Outside you will have plenty of space and the entertaining area and everything you need (BBQ / Teak Dining Table Chairs & Pergola / Teak Sun Loungers ) to make it your perfect and relaxing vacation in this beautiful part of Italy. Smokers please use outdoors!

Beautiful villa with amazing views!

We had a lovely holiday at Casa Duetto. The pool was lovely with the grounds overlooking amazing views of the mountains. Perfect after a days sightseeing. We visited Lucca, Viareggio beach, did Wild Canyoning from nearby (and beautiful) Bagni so Lucca, and also visited Barga an amazing medieval town. Villa has very private grounds up on the mountainside. Was clean and very well equipped. Nothing can quite prepare you for the steep drive into and out of the property!

Peaceful with stunning views

5 of us had an amazing week at Casa Duetto - villa was beautiful and in such a quiet and peaceful location but we were only a short drive from Bagni di Lucca though we did spend most of our time at the villa apart from shopping because we had the pool and plenty of sunbathing areas as well as shaded areas for when it got a bit hot for a couple of us . We had been to the area a few times before and had been to surrounding towns so decided to make this a relaxing holiday Weather was amazing the whole week too. On Chris’s recommendation we went to Rifugio Fiori for a meal on the Tuesday evening which was only a 5 minute drive from the villa and the food and the choice available was fantastic and very reasonably priced too - Achille the owner even put steak on the menu as we were celebrating my friend’s birthday and when we told Chris that steak was her favourite meal he contacted Achille to ask for it to be on the menu ! We also dined at La Corona on Chris’s recommendation- again the food was amazing but only 4 choices of starters and the same with the main courses so if there are fussy eaters on your party , maybe not the place for you .We all found something we liked though and were very impressed and the service was excellent 👌 All in all we had a wonderful week and made some great memories . The communication with Chris was first class - he set up a Whats App group and was always there to answer any questions we had before we went . Thank you Chris and Cindy xx

Casa Duetto

A unique villa tucked away in the hills not far from the historic and beautiful Lucca. Casa Duetto nestles in the quiet and peaceful countryside with the most amazing views across steep and wooded valleys. In pristine condition, the property easily caters for 5-6 adults with everything one can possibly want for a relaxing break. The infinity pool is just incredible.

Amazing 🤩

What a wonderful property. All amenities as described and in excellent condition. The pool was a godsend on the hot days. All contact with Chris and Cindy has been spot on. the drive down to the property is definitely an experience. Just a pity we had only booked one week and not two! We hope to return 😀

Simply breathtaking location

When you arrive at Casa Duetto you will immediately be taken by the majesty of the landscape that awaits you. It is nothing short of breath-taking. You feel like you are in a very special place. The property is at one with the environment perched high on a mountain side looking over the village of Bagni Di Lucca with valleys and mountains spreading as far as the eye can see. What ever the weather the views are spectacular. Make sure you keep your eyes open for local fauna with local deer visiting from time to time. Sitting poolside with a book or maybe a glass of wine is a great way to wile away the hours. While you can enjoy peace and quiet while you are home, Casa Duetto is also very central to a number of tourist destinations including Lucca and Florence. We found the drive down from the airport in Bologna very easy as well. The property is also perfectly located to explore any number of stunning mountain villages, all unique and charming. And for dinner wander up to Il Biribisso tucked even further up the mountain trail in Granaiola. Great food and reputation to match. The village of Bagni Di Lucca is a great service centre with supermarkets providing you with all the basics required for your stay The house itself is 5 star quality. The clever design means living areas are bright and airy, the kitchen is functional while sleeping quarters are 5 star hotel quality. This truly is a home away from home. And if you are looking for night time entertainment Chris’s video collection is a joy to behold. Chris and Cindy were 100% helpful along the way. We were so appreciative of the detail they provided us with to make our stay enjoyable. Its easy to feel the pride they have for their property and we felt privileged to have had the opportunity to enjoy the experience. Highly recommended.
