Here we have a modern and well presented 2 bedroom (sleeps 4 people) apartment situated in the Fontana block community in Algorfa on the Costa Blanca of Spain. The apartment is situated in a secure gated community and furnished to a high standard. It has air conditioning throughout. A ground floor apartment with a terrace area consisting of a table and 4 chairs and also sun loungers for a relax in the sun. Inside the apartment the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom bed and 2 x Single in the second bedroom. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite bathroom. The lounge and dining area has UK Television. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the items you would expect at home. The apartment benefits from ducted Air-Conditioning throughout and this gives a well needed break from the 35ºC+ temperatures during the summer months. The pool area is 30 seconds walk from the apartment within the complex. The apartment is perfect for those looking to get away from it all for a well deserved break. The property is perfect for those looking to get away from it all for a while and have a taste of Spanish life in the Village. The property also benefits from secure underground car parking. Within a short walk there is a choice of bars, restaurants, supermarket, banks, chemist & many other retail outlets. For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 15 minutes from the award winning white flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel de Salinas, Almoradi, Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The Apartment also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spains largest fishing town). A taste of village life

The ground floor apartment is in a good location with a large balcony, fully equipped for comfortable stay home from home. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. A car is essential as the property is in a village location which enables you to visit surrounding areas. La Finca golf is a 5 min drive away and the beach is a 15 min drive away. The host Laura met us with the keys and showed us around and was easy contactable for any problems. All in all we had a fabulous 2 week holiday.

Let down by cleanliness.

Laura was great, thankfully, as the cleaner had not been to the property and it was dusty and dirty with no cleaning products, toilet roll, soap, washing up liquid or anything else. The "cleaner" had badly let laura, the manager down to say the very minimal. Laura sorted the issues out as they unfolded realising how bad the situation was as she couldn't believe what had happened. My understanding is that Laura has now approached the owner to address areas in the property to but upgraded and sorted out the cleaning issues she also replenished all the basic things required to be livable. Then we could start to relax and enjoy our stay. The property on the whole was ok it had heating/AC a comfy bed plenty of wardrobe and drawer space a terrace but some things were old or broken and needs updating ie the shower definitely. There are only 2 small shaving mirrors and a bathroom mirror so needs a full length mirror and the canopy outside needs replacing. All being well all these areas are going to be addressed as I have faith Laura will make sure they are sorted out.

Lovely stylish apartment

However the canopy outside on the patio needs replacing it looked scruffy and spoilt the outdoor space.

First time in Algorfa

We booked this apartment to stay close beside our family for one week. Overall the property served our purpose but there were a few things which would have made our stay perfect. We think that the property had not been used in a good while and hence, there were a few small problems which were quickly rectified. This property would benefit from a dining table and chairs and a full length mirror. Also, the patio area was looking a little tired with a broken sun lounger and tatty sun canopy.
