Un peu juste pour le prix!

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeants , mais, l' appartement est plutôt bas de gamme: pas internet, TV microscopique, porte qui donne dans la salle de bain et toilettes coulissante et vitrée opaque, sans possibilité de la fermer à clefs, or, elle donne dans la cuisine, à côté de la gasinière, finitions de l' appartement pas faites...ou mal... et la pièce de vie est vraiment très petite, invivable à plus de 3 personnes!. De plus, l' insonorisation est très mauvaise, les propriétaires vivent au dessus, et, tant que les enfants ne sont pas couchés, on a l' impression que de se faire piétiner le cerveau!

Je n' ai pas pour habitude d' être difficile, mais sachez-le!

Owner's Response: Merci pour votre commentaire Marie Thé. Effectivement l'appartement est situé dans une zone calme et nous tenons à respecter l'intimité et la tranquillité des voyageurs que nous accueillons. L'appartement est traversant, il a donc une pièce au Nord (la cuisine - salon) et deux pièces au sud (les 2 chambres). Il est ainsi plus ensoleillé d'un côté que de l'autre.

A 5 mn du centre, dans une propriété calme avec un grand terrain, ce gîte propre est tout à fait fonctionnel pour une famille de 4 personnes. La propriétaire est accueillante .Très belle vue sur

les montagnes environnantes.

Sous-sol rafistolé pour accueillir un maximum de personnes

Malgré un excellent accueil de Sandrine notre hôte, nous avons été très déçus de la prestation générale de l'hébergement. Rénovation bricolée, espaces très limités, propreté limite de la vaisselle le tout dans un sous sol avec des fenêtres en hauteur. La propriétaire est charmante, c'est vrai mais le logement n'est pas à recommander.

Owner's Response: Merci Gautier pour votre appréciation qui me permet de préciser que l'appartement est en rez-de-jardin et non en sous-sol puisque comme on peut le voir sur les photos, les chambres donnent directement sur le jardin et la cuisine sur la cour intérieure. L'accueil sera maintenant prévu seulement pour 6 personnes maximum afin de permettre des espaces plus grands. En effet, pour certains, comme vous, de passage une nuitée, l'important était seulement de passer la nuit et pour d'autres, nous nous adaptons pour offrir un meilleur confort.

Bonne location pour cyclistes : proximité autoroute et montagnes ( Joux Plane, Romme, Colombière, Flaine, etc..). Tout juste pour 6 personnes...
