About this property

This ancient farmhouse, documented from the year 1653 belongs to the parish of Sant Pere Desplá inside the term of Arbúcies. In 1883 it was inhabited by only one family of eight members, whereas in the year 1940 they where living trough two families dedicated exclusively to the proper task of a traditional Catalan farmhouse.

From the year 1930 there looks after of the house the propietary current family, wich in the last years has turned it into a residence with two rural independent apartments.

Fantastic

The most beautiful and raxing holiday we have had in years. Lots to explore in inland Catalunya. Great walking, restaurants and history. Mas rRomeu was perfect, thanks in no small part to the incredibly welcoming owners.

Muy recomendable

Fin de semana de ensueño, para recuperarse de la semana. Entorno fantástico y trato de los dueños de diez. Solo mejoraría la calefacción, ya que con los radiadores se queda un poco corta y tuvimos que recurrir a la leña, mas yendo con un niño pequeño que se destapa un montón por la noche.

Excelente semana en familia

Muy buena experiencia! El trato por parte de todos en la casa fue un lujo. El equipamiento genial, rutas chulas cercanas, bien situado en el Montseny. Nuestro pequeño de 4 se pasó bomba entre la zona de juegos, los juguetes y libros de la casa y los animales. Por el día escursiones y por la tarde, entre la barbacoa y la chimenea nos guardamos del frío de enero con fuego. Repetiremos!

Un finde "terroríficamente" genial

Estuvimos el fin de semana de la Castañada-Halloween 4 familias con 4 niños de 6 años, 1 de 3 y otro de 2 y nos lo pasamos "de miedo" !! Cerca de Barcelona, cerca de Girona, a 8 kms de Arbúcies, donde compramos la carne para las barbacoas que hicimos, ... El acceso muy bien indicado aunque hay que estar muy atento para no pasarselo de largo. Sin problemas para los coches, solo hay que tomárselo con calma y bajar en primera. Pero mi coche es bajo y no dio en ningún baden. La casa genial, los exteriores muy adaptado y pensado para los mas pequeños y el entorno precioso cargado de otoño con sus hojas naranjas-rojas-marrones, zurrones castañeros cÍdos de los árboles y un olor a bosque muy difícil de expresar con palabras. El trato con Francesc, Rosa y Joan muy bueno desde el minuto cero. En todo momento poniéndonos las cosas fáciles y preocupándose por nuestro bienestar durante nuestra estancia. Recomendamos Mas Romeu sin duda alguna y no descartamos volver a repetir -Los Mimosos-

Excellent hébergement pour grande tribu (jusqu'à 22)

'La Masia', 'El Mirador' et 'l'Alzina' sont 3 gîtes qui forment le 'Mas Romeu' : équipement grand confort, entretien parfait, propriétaires charmants et disponibles si besoin. Top pour les grandes tribus (jusqu'à 22 avec les 3 gîtes). Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. 2 critères à prendre en compte pour apprécier à 100% : isolement (villages à 10 km de petites routes de montagne) et Wifi capricieux.
