Beautiful home with a view!
We had a great stay with 8 family members at this cottage. Perfect beach setting, and comfortable, high class interior accommodations along with great outdoor seating area. My favorite part was the view of the ocean from the upper deck. The lower level was perfect for my elderly mom and my aunt. It was easy, flat access with no stairs involved, and easy access to the outdoor seating area. Everything for fun at the beach was provided in two large cabinets - pool noodles, games, beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach area is very private and uncrowded, despite this property being 2 doors down from a public beach access point. I rated my stay as a 4, rather than a 5, because we experienced air conditioner issues all week long, starting with the first night. One night the air couldn't get below 81! Several HVAC visits later, the air was working a bit better but not great. This was frustrating and put a damper on our stay. Overall, this was a good place to stay, and the Bonita Springs area is beautiful. Our party enjoyed a fishing trip one day, and a dolphin/ shelling trip another day.
New A.C. is being installed in upstairs. This single Family home has two units. Service on A.C. was preformed within 24 hours.
lovely home, great views, perfect stay
We really loved our stay at this house. It was pretty, clean, and perfect for our family. It is close to everything in Bonita Springs beach (restaurants, grocery, etc) but also a quiet residential area, and the beach was not crowded at all. The house was perfectly provisioned, with plenty of towels, linens, blankets, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything we needed for those nights we used the grill instead of going out to dinner. We would definitely want to stay here again.
Beautiful, breathtaking scenery. Gorgeous interior. Loved the screened lanai overlooking the gulf.
Clean and equipped with everything you'll need for a great beach house experience.
great location on beach
Nicely decorated home right on the beach in Bonita Springs. Close to Naples and Ft. Myers.
A True Beach House
My wife and I had six beautiful days divided by a wicked storm with 30-40 mile per hour winds... absolutely perfect! This house is quirky with a touch of sophistication. Clean, comfortable and full of personality.
The PERFECT place to stay on Bonita Beach FL.
This beach front house might not look the best on the outside, but oh my gosh it more than made up on the inside. Very well appointed with high end furniture and decorations. The house has a deck over looking the beach that we used for every meal and a place to gather at sunset. The beach was wonderful and was not over crowded as there are no high rise condos near the house. I have rented several places in the past via VRBO and HomeAway and I must say Arlan was the most professional owner or manager I have ever dealt with. He truly cares for his clients. My family will be back!!
Thank you for your kind words. Especially glad that you enjoyed your vacation.
