Casa Rural Las Calendas Atapuerca I-II is located in the center of the village of Castrillo del Val (Burgos), located 10 km. of the capital of Burgos.
The Calendas de Atapuerca I-II are of stone, of new construction, made with old materials and restored furniture, of two floors, attached, with independent doors being able to communicate by the interior through a door with key, whose purpose is to endow to the houses of variety of occupation: a group of 4 people in each house or a group of 8 people. We have travel cot and baby bath, as well as the possibility of an extra bed in each of them.
In winter they have gasoil heating customers 24 hours a day, in addition to a wood-burning stove in the living rooms.
The wardrobes of the rooms are made of wood with glass and net curtains.
The rooms are attic with a minimum height of 2.30 meters giving them a more rustic touch. They are on the first floor.
The kitchen has only tiles in the part of the sink and the roof is with wooden sleepers. The furniture is made of wood and tile.
The staircase and the balustrade are made of walnut wood.
The furniture throughout the house is restored.
The bathroom is tiled only partly with stone plate.
The floors of the living room and the kitchen resemble clay baked in different shades.
The floors of the rooms are made of wood.
