About this property

Beautiful townhouse in a small complex with a wonderful sea view. The house has a spacious living room with fireplace and dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, built-in wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning. From the bedrooms you have a great view of the surroundings and the sea. Large windows from the living room lead onto a lovely balcony with dining area and BBQ. Near by is the communal pool of the complex with a beautifully landscaped garden and large gras area, which can also be used for sunbathing. The nearest beach is only a few min. Away, there are also many other beautiful bays and beaches in the area. Within walking distance you can reach supermarkets and numerous of great restaurants.

Lovely apartment, beautiful beaches

We’ve just had a great fortnight in this lovely spacious apartment with a welcome choice of 2 balconies. The bedroom balcony has 2 great rocking loungers! The pool and gardens were so quiet that most of the time we were the only ones there. Jeroen was very helpful during the booking process, assuring us that there would be 4 sun loungers for us at the pool area (these were for our sole use as they were locked together & we had the only key). Mary Grace was also very helpful when we rang her at 11.30 as we couldn’t find the apartment. The instructions were clear when we were able to see in the daylight, but not as easy in the dark. The coast is stunning with lots of covers of various sizes to choose from within walking distance. We also loved the Armação de Pêra beach which actually only took us less than 15 mins to walk to. There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. A lovely relaxing holiday location.

A experiência foi óptima e muita limpeza, difícil falar com a empresa e não cumprem ando desde o início das férias a pedir o recibo que ainda não recebi nem ninguém diz nada…. Estranho.. o resto correu bem.

El apartamento perfecto, unica puntualizacion en alguna de las fotos se ve pista de tenis y piscina grande q pueden dar a confusión ya q no pertenecen a la urbanizacion
