Newly built condo located on the top floor, end unit with tons of windows. New appliances, flooring, paint, and furniture to give you a modern luxurious feel. You can watch the fireworks from the deck right off of the living room and is just one short block to beach. Terrific location!

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, easily sleeps 10. Large sunny living area where you can step out onto the private deck, dining area, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, and breakfast area.

Enjoy Friday Night fireworks and ocean breeze on the deck. Centrally located for easy access to restaurants, nightlife and family amusements. Garage parking for 2; additional parking spot outside of garage.

Great place

As advertised plenty of room and places to relax and sleep. Close to boardwalk will come back again

Great Location That Fell a Little Short

The location was fantastic relative to the Boardwalk, activities, and food. Check in and out we’re straight forward, and there was enough room to host our entire group. This property fell short in cleanliness (ants in both bathrooms and most bedrooms) and general house supplies (only two trash bags, no linens, few pots & no pans). For the price, we would have expected more in terms of knowledge of supplies and cleanliness before we arrived to be fully informed. The house binder had more detail which, had it been shared more fully ahead of check in, would have set a better expectation for the rental. Would certainly consider staying again if basic home supplies and cleanliness were upgraded.

A stay w 3 children

Hello. We enjoyed this condo with 9 people (a 7 month old, 3 yo, and 7 yo along w 6 adults) . The big plus about this place is location. Right by the beach and parking for 2 to 3 cars depending on size. Just make sure you don't cover the sidewalk or you'll get a nice ticket. You walk right onto the main part of the boardwalk. Erin is always responsive and helpful. Just beware, there is a three flight walk up. Your legs will get used to it after the first day. Also, you have to bring your own linen and towels unless you want to pay a fee. Price is pretty unbeatable so we'd recommend this to others.

July 4th stay

We have stayed multiple times in this property and other wildwood properties with the same host. Erin is a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Property is family friendly and 1.5 blocks away from boardwalk and beach. This gave family members flexibility to walk back and forth to house and beach at their convenience

Memorial Day Bonanza

It was a great time with co workers - the stay was great . Easy, comfortable, great for a lot of people like our group . Contact with the owner was timely . She was nice . The beach and board walk and surrounding area made it all worth while . The only thing missing was the fireworks but the time spent made us forget about them . It’s as if we made our own . I’d recommended + go again !
