very dirty and very poor management company
At ontime check-in the so called ‘’professional cleaners’’ were still working in the flat (not good). They left crunched cereals under the table, dust under the beds and in the corridor, old food left in the fridge, broken bathroom pieces, bathroom bins full, old pair of shoes left behind, dirty kitchen sink (pics available). Management company gave me wrong number so communication via email only. They sent a new cleaner after 4 days and at 6pm (not good time when u have kids around). Anothe big problem was the flat door locker. It was faulted, taking 15mins to open every morning and one day my wife couldn’t get out for 1h. The management company replied after 7 hours. Overall a mess experience. Suggest to change management company and cleaners.
