This compact property has been extensively renovated and insulated throughout and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There are many footpaths and lanes to explore, including the Stour Valley Path from Newmarket to the sea at Manningtree. Horse riding and cycle hire can be arranged locally. The area is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts with deer and bird watching available. Badger sightings are almost guaranteed, bring some peanuts. Shops 2.5 miles, pubs and restaurant 1 mile.

The bunk beds are standard 3ft beds, however, please be aware the room is small. There are numerous unfenced ponds on grounds of property.
