Sehr gute Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen.
Gesamteindruck ist gut. Das Apartment wirkt ein wenig dunkel. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.
This part of the historic center is full of many beauties, all reachable with a walk and in a few minutes: from the former Jewish Ghetto, to the Municipal theater, from the Two Towers to Piazza Maggiore, from the University Museums to the Via Indipendenza full of shops and clubs.
Bologna is known as La Dotta but also la Grassa for the world famous gastronomic specialties.
Numerous local cafés in the area, open at any time, for an aperitif or a break between visiting one place and another.
Always with a walk there are many places for shopping in unique shops where you can find very particular objects or clothing.
Bologna is a modern and clean city and the apartment is in a good position for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area are certainly worthy of a careful visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring a breathtaking panorama of Bologna and relaxing in nature.
*** For those traveling by car there is a large underground parking in Piazza VIII Agosto, about 350 meters away (for a fee, € 20 per 24h). It is necessary to know that the historic center is forbidden to non-resident cars so parking becomes an obligatory choice to avoid high fines. For those traveling by train the central station is about 1 km away but you can also take the shuttle bus C which stops a stone's throw from the house. Buses to various destinations pass a few meters from the apartment.
In a few minutes you can reach several taxi ranks.
