This 70m2 apartment is located in the city center, on the edge of the main square. Exceptional location as it delights all types of holidaymakers, city dwellers, sportsmen, lovers of culture and good flesh. Everything is at the foot of the apartment: parking VINCI, beach, restaurants, cinema, shops and shops of mouth. It is perfect in all seasons, Summer is swimming in 5mns, watch in hand. In winter, the cinema (2mns), the restaurants (down the street) and the shops. The big screen TV and the DVD player promise you comfortable evenings. The interior is a real cocoon, cozy and tasteful. The windows are double glazed. Everything was refurbished in 2010. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom, fully tiled, has a walk-in shower. It is good to live, outside as in!

Biarritz is a seaside town turned towards talassotherapy and golf. This apartment allows you to practice all these activities in complete freedom: 5mns walk from the large beach, less than 10mns walk from the fitness center and 5mns by car from the golf du lighthouse.

Buses from the city take you to the great beaches of the ocean: Bidart, Guettary, St Jean de Luz. The car is not indispensable. However you can park your car at 2mns walk from the building, in a parking VINCI.

Spain is 15 minutes by the highway and San Sebastian, 30 minutes. You will be seduced by the site (large bay open to the ocean), the beauty of its architecture, the elegance of its shops, the picturesque charm of its old streets and the animation of its tapas bars. You can also drive to Bilbao, visit the Guggenheim Museum, a museum of modern and contemporary art, the work of the archduke Franck Gehry.

The interior of the Basque Country is a very interesting excursion, where you will discover the vast family houses, with red, green or blue half-timberings and the places devoted to traditional sports: Basque force, Basque pelota ...

Close to Biarritz, visit Bayonne on Saturday morning. The city is cheerful, colorful and festive. The market spreads on the banks of the Nive. Shop for local produce (cochonaille, wine, sheep's cheese) and enjoy a few tapas with Navarre wine.

Bel appartement tout confort au centre de Biarritz...

Nous avons garé la voiture au parking tout proche et l'avons récupérée au départ. La plage, les commerces, les halles sont proches et nous avons pu vivre nos vacances tranquillement, sans stress et sans horaires... Décompression garantie ! facile d'entretien, l'appartement est également assez frais et très reposant car sans bruit.

Nous y reviendrons assurément.

Idéalement placé, décoration soignée et bon équipement

La situation de l'appartement permet de tout faire à pied (accès aux différentes plages, aux Halles) tout en étant au calme. De plus la décoration est soignée et l'appartement est bien équipé. Si nous devions revenir à Biarritz, nous relouerions cet appartement.

Really a good choise for vacations in Bairritz

The apartment is very comfortable and close to the beach and places of interest, but in a calm street. We highly recommend it for those who prefer being close to everything, but not in noisy city center.

Great stay in Biarritz

My wife and I, our daughter and her partner stayed in the apartment for nine nights. It was clean and comfortable with windows looking to both the front and rear of the building so that in summer there is a nice breeze that blows through the apartment. For us the apartment was perfectly located, it is an easy walk to the Grande Plage. less than five minutes. The fantastic markets at Les Halles are very close also less than five minutes. Plage de la Cote des Basques is also just a short walk and there are great bistros, restaurants (La Goulue), cafes and boulangeries close by. The apartment is also close to all the action of Biarritz nighlife but just far enough away not to be disturbed too much by it. The only slight negative was that during our stay for one or teo nights we could hear the people upstairs moving around but they weren't playing loud music or anything like that.

Florence who met us at the apartment was great and very friendly she really made us feel right at home for what was a great stay in Biarritz.

Downtown, 5mns walk from the waterfront, market, restaurants and luxury shops of Biarritz. Exceptional location, close to the beach, casino Alain Barrière, the pool and tapas bars. All amenities are at the foot of the apartment, even the cinema of art and test and new media library and garden. Beach, shopping, spa, sea museum and walks that will take you to the lighthouse by the cornice, the lighthouse and golf in the picturesque neighborhoods of the old Biarritz ..

The bus station is 300m and buses allow you to move without car.

In short, an ideal location for sports enthusiasts, foodies and shopaholics and culture !!

Note the VINCI car park of the south station 1 minute walk. Possibility also to benefit from a resident rate (highly preferred) at week in all the streets around the house.
