Great place!

My friend and I stayed at Bernard's apartment for one week in April. We were extremely happy with the apartment. It was clean, well equipped, with a pleasant layout and a large open view. We enjoyed the morning sun and ventured out in the afternoon. A "small" car is recommended while the center of Nice is a considerable distance away. Bernard is extremely helpful and wants you to enjoy his place! Thanks for the stay!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your appreciation. As indicated int the description a vehicle is recommended. However the city center is only 3 km from the apartment and can be also reached by bus ( Bus stop at 100 meters) and tramway.

Une adresse à retenir

Si vous cherchez à Nice un bel appartement, bien équipé, au calme et offrant de sa grande terrasse une vue superbe sur la ville (de jour comme de nuit) tout en ralliant facilement le centre ville et ses sites touristiques...alors vous avez trouvé la bonne adresse !

Ajoutons à cela que le propriétaire est fort sympathique, serviable et de bon conseil.

Vous pouvez même vous passer de voiture car il y a 2 bus sur place et les transports Niçois et régionaux sont nombreux et peu coûteux.

Enfin, il a un commerce de proximité complet tenu par d'agréables gérants.

Appartement moderne, calme, lumineux avec une vue magnifique.

Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire qui nous fournit tous les conseils et explications nécessaires afin de passer un agréable séjour.

L’appartement situé au 4e.étage est très lumineux grâce à ses baies vitrées qui donnent sur une grande terrasse avec une vue superbe sur Nice. Il est moderne, très bien équipé avec goût, fonctionnel, et correspond parfaitement au descriptif indiqué. Tout est propre. Les draps, linge de lit et de maison sont fournis.

On dispose d’un garage fermé ce qui est un plus.

Il y a 2 bus qui passent à quelques mètres de la résidence et qui permettent de rejoindre le centre de Nice en 15 à 20 minutes.

Cet appartement situé sur les hauteurs de Nice est idéal si vous souhaitez passer des moments tranquilles en dehors des bruits de la ville.

Traumhafte Lage, nicht daheim und doch zu Hause

Die Lage der Wohnung hoch über Nizza mit seitlichem Meerblick hat uns sofort begeistert. Die große Terrasse lädt zum draußen essen und Seele baumeln ein. Es ist auch genug Platz für die beiden Liegen. Die Wohnung ist modern, hell, praktisch und sehr komplett ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung ist so komplett, wie man es von zu Hause gewohnt ist. Daher haben wir auch jeden Tag abends gekocht und dabei das tolle Panorama bewundert. Es empfiehlt sich, mit Auto zu kommen. Die Parkgarage im Haus ist praktisch, da es auf der Straße kaum Parkplätze gibt. Außerdem sind die Gassen eher eng und steil (wie oft bei den tollen Lagen an der Cote d`Azur).Perfekt war auch die Powerpoint Anfahrtsbeschreibung, die Herr Bernard vor der Ankunft mailte. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt, da das Schlafzimmer separat ist. 2 weitere Personen koennten auf der Ausziehcouch im Wohn-, Essraum schlafen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wlan hat super funktioniert. Jede Menge Infomaterial (meist auf französisch) liegt bereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in ca. 400m. Für den ersten Bedarf ist von Toilettenpapier über Kaffee, Filter, Gewürze, Öl .... alles da. Wir kommen wieder!

Appartement au top !! Rien de négatif !!

Rien ne manque dans cet appartement. Le propriétaire (super sympa) nous a bien accueilli et donner toutes les explications nécessaires.

Situé dans les collines au dessus de la ville cette location permet d'avoir une vue superbe.

Aucun bruit (ni de la rue ni de l'intérieur).

Vraiment un lieu à ne pas manquer.
