This beautifully converted, comfortably furnished detached barn lies in a peaceful, neat courtyard with lovely views. It is situated at the edge of a village and adjacent to the owner’s dairy farm, midway between the Potteries and the Peak District, just 5 miles from Alton Towers and Splash Landings swimming pool and convenient for Drayton Manor. Within 8 miles you can take a canal trip, ride on a steam train or hire bikes and cycle the Manifold Trail. Two pubs, both within 1 mile of each other, one in Froghall and one in Kingsley Holt.

Beautiful place.

Brilliant property for our family Christmas celebration. Four good sized bedrooms, three with en-suite plus a family bathroom. Excellent large sitting room plus a separate smaller sitting room.
