Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request) and en-suite with shower over bath and toilet.
Electric heaters (in bedrooms, £25 per week October-April), electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Wi-fi £7 per 250MB. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. The property has a natural water supply from a well. There is an unfenced stream 650 yards away and there are sloping banks in the grounds. This property has a security deposit of £250.
The twin beds can be superking size, please advise at time of booking. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Pets - Maximum 2 dogs only no other types of pets please (unless by prior arrangement with owner), to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). A security deposit of £250 is required by credit/debit card, payable 1 week prior to arrival to cover any wifi and breakages. This will be pre-authorised, however, no funds will be taken unless there are wifi charges to apply or damage incurred to the property or contents at the end of the stay. There is a winter fuel charge of £25 per week payable from 1st October to April inclusive 1 week prior one week prior to your arrival, to the owner. First basket of logs for the woodburner is included, thereafter available from the owners farm shop or locally. Damages incurred above £15 will be chargeable. Wifi is available, charged at £7 per 250mb. There is limited wifi signal at this property. This property is on a working farm and has a private water supply and a river in the grounds, car may be required. Family bookings and couples only please.
