For the outdoor enthusiast climbing, walking, skiing, mountain biking, fishing, golf, horse riding and various watersports are available locally. Spean Bridge is home to a nine hole golf course and a small village shop. Inverness, Loch Ness, Aviemore and the Isle of Skye are easily accessible. Shop and pub 3½ miles, restaurant 2½ miles.
