We had a great 1 week stay at Nightingales.
We had a great 1 week stay at Nightingales. The location is good for visiting lots of places in Devon and Dorset. Friendly pub next door and village shop/Post office opposite. There was a delicious cream tea left for us on the dining table when we arrived, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped,. The only omissions were quite trivial - no bins in the bedrooms or bathroom and no hooks to hang towels in the kitchen. There was just one issue on arrival with cleanliness, the salad tray at the bottom of the fridge had a sticky liquid, probably milk, in and under it, so needed cleaning before we could use it. The rest of the cottage was lovely and clean The garden was small, but very tidy and has a lovely patio area with garden furniture. The owner lives next door and was available if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend Nightingales to friends and family. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
