This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse situated near a conservation area which includes a lake.The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, the first bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes one of which we have turned into a children's bedroom and a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, and shower/bath. There is also a further family bathroom on the first floor for the twin rooms to have access too. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.

This brand new townhouse was completed in Oct 2007 and is based within a fully managed resort which , only 3 miles from the Disney resort. This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse which can sleep up to 8.The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, a lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size bed, and a walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and shower/bath. There are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes. There is also a further family bathroom. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.

Additional Information: We have recently updated our house and now the master bedroom and 1 twin room has a TV as doe's the downstairs double bedroom ..

In the lounge area to accompany the 42' HDTV is a DVD player .

The house is equipped to provide wireless internet throughout the property.

Regal Oaks in situated in a great location! It is in a quiet location surrounding a lake that is protected for a nature reserve. It is very close to all the major theme parks and is only a short walk into Old town and to the Highway 192. There is a bus stop a short distance away ( at the top of the road - on the192).

Home away from home! All the comforts of home and so much more.

The home itself was very nice. Well equipped for what we needed. Was amazed at all the linens that were provided. In some reviews we read prior to our stay, people stated this needed updating. Well, that depends on what those people are used to! Having the washer and dryer in the home was a definite plus! The pool/club house was spectacular and what a surprise! We will definitely come back here, hopefully next year. And we will highly recommend this vacation rental to those that are looking for a place close to Disney.

Met with our expectations for the price paid

Generally OK no major issues. The Safe was out of action and not date given by management company for its replacement. Rubbish was not collected as stated on the information provided. Washer and clothes dryer worked but seem to be on their last legs. Had to keep refitting the broken drier exhaust filter cover

A perfect place to stay.

When we arrived at the property it was cleaned immaculately. The house is extremely comfortable & has the bear essentials you need.

It didnt take us long to settle in & find the swimming pool. The resort is lovely and we would highly recommend this house for a holiday stay.

It is well situated & it didnt take us long to get to the parks or nearby shops.

We’ll definitely be back!

The home was extremely clean and the location was perfect for parks, eating and shopping . The lifeguards at the pool were very friendly and nice. But most importantly (I’ve rented plenty of homes over the years) the owners we available, understanding and were always considerate to whatever you may need. Looking forward to staying with them again on our next vacation to Orlando. Thanks Richard and Julie

Condo needed a lot of work

We have rented condos for 18 years, this one needed the most work. The carpeting going up the stairs and in the bedrooms, was very very filthy. We called and they came up the next day and cleaned it. The dishwashing would not work right, and they replace that . We called because the door wall would not open, they came out and fixed that. There was not any serving bowls , Only one cookie sheet, and two Rusty pie pans. Some Of the burners on the stove did not work right , there was no broiling pan’s and we had had to buy our own patio furniture, there was not even a chair outside . Also somethings you may need to know, The AC can only be turned down to 72, also if you need to sleep in, the blinds in the unit aren’t very good,.The maintenance people seem to be fairly good, and pleasant they did repair what they could but the unit, needs to be looked after . I even replace the batteries in the door , So we could get in and out . Phil

Owner's Response: We are a bit confused by your review as the previous guest that left the day you arrived left a 5 star review. Unfortunately like in your own home dishwashers do break down and cant be mended so as we would do in our home we replaced it straight away with a brand new one. The air con in all the units are limited to a temperature of 72 and the 7 years we have never had a single complaint that the air con isn't cold enough. Previous reviews have mention that the kitchen is fully equipped clean and comfortable. It was redecorated last year with new comforters and all bed linen and towels are replaced regularly. Unfortunately batteries do fail and need to be replaced if this was the case you could call the management company and they would have changed them for you.

Wonderful Townhouse

I rented this townhouse for our daughter, husband and four children. It was very spacious, clean met all their needs in every way. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was only a short walking distance from the pool which is heated to a very comfortable degree and has an adjacent water slide which the kids loved. It is only a short walking distance to Old Town and many restaurants and shops. They enjoyed their stay here very much and hope to return in future.

This property is a very short walk away from Old town, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, a fairground and home of the Sky Coaster at 300ft high (Can be used as a landmark for Regal Oaks as it towers above other buildings). Old town also hosts weekly custom car and motorcycle shows. A short walk from Regal Oaks to the top of the road (192) you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. It is very close to the Disney parks (3 miles to the Disney main gate), Sea World (9.4 miles) and the Universal parks are only a short drive away (13.2miles). Busch Gardens is also a very good theme park, that mixes a zoo and theme park into one! It is a slightly longer journey of just over an hour away (1hour 10 minutes 66.7 miles). Most of the transfer buses to the theme parks stop at the top of the road ( Old Town) on the 192.
