Bright and spacious newly renovated studio apartment, located in a historic building 50 meters from the sea and the beach, in the historic seaside village of Quinto al Mare. Central and convenient to services, including bus stop and train station. You can relax on the beach a 1 minute walk, visit Genoa (historic center, Fiera di Genova, Porto antico and Aquarium about 15 minutes by bus or train) or Nervi with its park and the wonderful promenade which is a 10 minute walk away . Also less than 10 minutes by car or bus is the Gaslini hospital.

Un emplacement en or !

Super emplacement à 2 min (même pas) de la mer ! L’appartement est très bien meublé et la cuisine est complète avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner :) Il est également plein ouest donc agréable lors de chaudes journées. Luca est à l’écoute et présent quand nous avons besoin Merci pour les petits cadeaux de bienvenue ! (Évidemment c’était des foccacia !!)

Séjour en famille de 6 jours

Grand studio très bien agencé et équipé (y compris linge de lit et de maison, produits de première nécessité), fonctionnel et agréable à vivre (pour chipoter, un peu juste en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, ce que nous avons indiqué à Luca). Literie confortable. Photos et descriptions conformes. Immeuble très calme, cependant, ligne ferroviaire à proximité, qui peut réveiller les sommeils légers (nous n'avons pas été trop derangé cependant ). Très bien situé, mer (plages de caillou) et bus à moins de 100 mètres ; le centre historique de Gênes à 40 mn en bus, trajet très beau.la gare de Quinto à 10 mn à pied. Commerçants du voisinnage sympas et accueillants comme la boulangerie et charcuterie de la via quinto. Vous pouvez solliciter Luca pour toute sorte de conseils, il se fait le plaisir de répondre et à le souci de ses hôtes une fois sur place (Luca parle très bien anglais ). Nos coups de coeur génois (hors visite monuments) : le funiculaire, Nervi, 5 terre (à 1h15 en train direct quinto/levanto), le musée Galata. Aquarium pas forcément utile si vous connaissez celui de St Malo ou de Brest. Nous avons craqué pour Gênes , adultes et enfants compris !
