My wife and I bought our first Prague property in 2004 and have since built up a portfolio of eight holiday apartments with a value of approx 137m CZK/6,5 m USD, of which approx 1,7 m USD is owned and the rest leased. We specialize in short-term rentals which we manage together with a small team through our sro MJMorris Apartments and Developments. We develop properties from complete renovation and/or refurbishment into successful holiday lets and acquire apartments through lease or purchase in the most prime locations the city has to offer. We still consider ourselves a ‘boutique’ business with a philosophy of quality over quantity with the number apartments we take on. We take great care in both design and presentation of our rentals, as well as the services we offer. We have a small and dedicated team who all have approx 10 years experience in hospitality and we only take on renovations projects which capture the spirit and history of Prague while maintaining all the comforts of modern living. We also provide consultation in all aspects of Prague real estate investment but specialize in the holiday rental sector. We are especially excited about merging property development with tourism. What makes this Apartment unique
The large 70 sq m or 800 squ feet of space means there is plenty of space to spread out in. The patio is great for alfresco dining and the unique exposed bricks keep it warm inviting and cosy in the colder months. As with all our apartments we offer the following:

Our apartment was clean, quiet and located midway between Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square with a short walk to each. The accommodations were very nice with WiFi and TV. There were no views but there was a little terrace. We were on the first floor above street level and wenty nine steps brought us to the door of the apartment. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this apartment again.
This was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. Location great, in heart of Ood Town, host very responsive and helpful, apartment spacious and well-equipped. Enemy has an extra half bathroom. Highest recommendation,
Perfect location and set up for our week in Prague.! Walking distance to all sights, easy access to the subway for further destination (like O2 for a hockey game), support with airport transportation, apartment was larger than expected and super quiet! Highly recommend!
Excellent location and great host
Location is perfect for access to Prague 1 / Old Town; besides the old town square being a 4 minute walk, there is dining and shopping directly outside the front door of the building. The host is awesome - great communication, very helpful w/info, arranged airport transfers, very responsive, and offered lots of helpful suggestions regarding our visit. Property is clean, save, and quiet (area can be pretty noisy and this unit being completely interior to building and having double sets of windows and doors keeps all noise out). Unit was clean, well equipped, and in great shape.
Two things to know in case it matters to you: 1. Unit is completely interior - only windows look onto air shaft / patio space in side building and onto another inside space looking down on a lower roof. So no view of any kind. 2. Layout is unusual in that bedroom is as far from bathroom as it can be (through living room, through kitchen). Probably a design choice due to plumbing location. Only an issue if, like me, you get up multiple times in the night to use the facilities.
I'd highly recommend the property and the hosts (who have multiple other properties) and plan to contact them when I return to Prague to try another of their locations.
