Our newly remodeled and decorated large bright condo is close to the beach, shopping, cafes, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, and the airport. You’ll love our place because of the quiet location close to all, the comfy beds, and the cook's kitchen. We have been residents of Newport Beach for over 30 years, and live on premises. We love sharing the local amenities with guests. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). NB License: SLP12212

About Phillip Langford

Grew up in Cupertino, CA & finshed college in San Diego before moving to Newport Beach in 1980. Now married for 30+ years, with 2 grown children and 1 granddaughter. We have lived in this CdM duplex home on an oversized lot (...for this beach area) for over 11 years, and recently completed an extensive remodel to the large 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath rear condo that is being featured on VRBO.

beautiful place

My family and siblings stayed and had the best time. 1000 times better than what is pictured. Very well appointed and nothing was missed. Amenities were very nice and the location is great. Comparable to a 5 star hotel and I have stayed in quite a few.

Great location, great place for a getaway!

Quiet location and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked with linens and beach towels in each of the bedrooms. The two sets of double doors that open up to a private patio allows for a rush of a cool ocean breeze in the evening. Central air is not available but there are plenty of quiet electric fans in each room and window air conditioners to cool the house down on warmer days. The one car garage large enough for our mini-van was very convenient as we did not have to worry about street parking. Philip the owner is friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

The condo was absolutely beautiful!

My family spent a wonderful few days over the 4th of July at this very beautiful, very clean condo! It is more beautiful than the pictures can explain! The owner was very concerned that we had everything we needed by checking in with us via text during our stay! The neighborhood was amazing for taking walks and the beach was right down the street! Parking was not a problem as you had your own garage and ample parking on the street! The condo was a perfect vacation property and the city offered so much to do! We would definitely stay there again!

Need more stars!

I needed three residences during our recent stay in CDM in order to accommodate all our family members. All were similarly priced, but this one by far outshone the others. Even though all the properties were adequate for our needs, this property offered more pleasant furnishings, comfort and overall a more pleasant atmosphere than the others. There could not have been a more attentive property owner. I highly recommend this property.

Walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and many delicious places to eat.

I don't think enough was said in the previous reviews about the lovely neighborhood. It is storybook beautiful! My childhood friends and I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home. We all came together from different states and ran in the Corona del Mar 5K on June 2, 2018. We were close to the race, close to shopping and eateries. We enjoyed happy hour at El Cholo, breakfast at Rose Bakery and lunch at Summer House. We had the best food during our stay!

The beds are comfortable. It is important to get a good nights sleep so that you can enjoy all that there is to enjoy in this cute little town.

We did lots of walking! We didn't even use our car at all from the moment we arrived....and we didn't miss it at all.

The upstairs is where the master bedroom, kitchen and living room are located. The two rooms with queen beds are on the main floor.

The one thing I would make sure that you do is to get the entry key BEFORE you arrive! Because I failed to do that, there was a little hiccup upon arrival. Phillip was more than accommodating and we were all very satisfied with our 3 night stay.

I would highly recommend this home!

Best Location and Amentities in Corona del Mar

Extremely enjoyed out stay here. Great space & amenities for relaxing, going to the beach, or even cooking and staying in. I recommend this place for a family of 6-8 people. Very spacious 3 bedrooms and large kitchen with two dining areas! Loved that it was walking distance to our favorite breakfast/lunch spot (Rose Bakery). Owner was super nice and professional. We are already interested in renting again next summer.
