PRIVATE HEATED POOL (upon request for small fee based on the average temps during your stay to give you the best, at cost rate). Pool is newer/larger/sunnier than others in immediate area and is heated at a lower cost. Heat can be turned on year round, anytime by request.
Sleeps 16, max 10 adults (young adults with family can exceed 10). SORRY, NO RENTALS TO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE GROUPS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not book the property if you are a high school or college group. I will ask you to cancel.
Home is located on the beachside of Thomas Drive on the quiet, east end of Panama City near St. Andrews State Park. Beach is 100 ft. away and is a 1 minute walk.
5 bedrooms - Loft exsisted previously and has been converted to a bedroom. Ideal for kids/teens/has a full-length curtain over windows where half wall used to be which is perfect for when kids go to bed or for use as a private bedroom.
Beds: 1 King and 3 queen (all pillow tops) in private rooms; 3rd floor bedroom has 2 doubles (one is a pillowtop), 2 twins and 1 futon. Pack n' play located in master bedroom closet. You must bring sheets for pack n' play if you intend to use it.
4 bathrooms (3 full and 1 half). Half bath is planning to be turned into a full bathroom in fall 2018.
Private, seasonally heated (by request) salt water pool built in 2016 that is 14x18 feet with a tanning ledge and a depth of 4 feet (larger than the pools at other homes on this block).

Parking for up to 5 vehicles - four in driveway and one in garage. Either 5 small to midsize vehicles or 3-4 extra-large SUV's/pickup trucks.
Tour Of Home: The first level has a garage for extra parking and three bedrooms each with pillow top queen beds; two bedrooms access a Jack-n-Jill bathroom and the third bedroom has a private bathroom. The private (seasonally heated) pool and pool deck area are perfect for lounging and is easily accessible from the third bedroom as well as from the side of the house. The pool has a color changing light which is great for kids and night swimming. Located on the second level is the large, open living room, kitchen and dining area with seating for 16, a fully-supplied kitchen, half bathroom (to be converted to full bathroom in fall 2018), master bedroom with walk in closet, pillow top king bed, and master bathroom that includes separate tub and shower, a double sink vanity and a private toilet. One pack n' play, one high chair, and four baby gates located in master bedroom. The living room has a flat screen cable TV, tons of games and books and an over-sized sectional couch and chairs that are perfect for relaxing. There is a private balcony located off of the living room area that offers ocean views and a dining table with seats for 6. It comes fully stocked with all the utensils and small appliances that you need for those great family meals together. The third level is a bedroom (used to be a loft with a half wall) with a living and sleeping area which includes two chairs and futon sofa, a bunk bed with double and twin mattresses, an additional double pillow top bed, and a twin trundle bed. There is also a flat screen cable TV which makes this loft ideal as a kid's retreat. The balcony off the third level also has ocean views and is perfect for watching the sunset.

Some beach chairs, sand toys, floats and pool noodles, etc. located either in garage or in bin on side of house. Rinse station next to garage. Beach towels provided.
Public beach access #8 is located behind the home just across quiet Gulf Drive.

There are several restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance. C-Level across the street looks like a hole in the wall but is actually an eclectic farm to table seafood/land lover's restaurant and is our favorite! Schooner's is a short walk along the beach towards St. Andrews State Park. Surfside Shrimp is across the street and sells ready to cook fresh seafood or they will even steam it for you. They serve raw oysters on the half shell. Have a drink there while you wait!
