Nice View but......

This property is on the 17th floor with nice views of the Thames and London. Being able to sit outside on the enclosed balcony was enjoyable. However, the building has fire safety issues and has several people patrolling inside & out at all times, as is now required by law. Maybe this is not a concern for some, but there are no fire suppression sprinklers & no fire extinguisher to be found in the apartment. The apartment was quite clean but the sofas are not as pictured and are old and worn. I’m not sure why the twin beds are placed in the master bedroom with the view but one has a foam mattress and the other has the box spring as a mattress. There is no way you could push these together as they are of different heights and uncomfortable. The queen size bed is wedged tightly in the second bedroom. Exposed hanging light bulbs without shades also seemed a bit odd. I will not address the booking issues as I am not sure if the owner had any control over this but we had to reverse my credit card charge and was asked to pay in cash which was most inconvenient. I travel a lot and am generally very tolerant of most inconveniences but I feel there are several issues that could be addressed to make this a more enjoyable stay.

Very nice flat in an upscale building.

This flat is exactly as described. Everything worked well.

The views of the Thames are fantastic. I've stayed in London many times and I've never had views like this. The apartment is close to the O2 , North Greenwich Tube station, the Emirates gondola and the water taxi. All these are about an 8 minute walk.

The O2 has dozens of restaurants and there is a Tesco grocery close by for your food needs should you choose to eat in.

We had four in our group and we were comfortable. I believe any more would be a bit crowded. Access is super easy with a bank of two modern elevators going to the floor.

There is a concierge on the entry who can answer some questions about the area close by. All the staff in the building were extremely friendly.

If you are arriving by air make sure to contact the owner for suggestions on how to get to the property. We took the train and tube from Gatwick and we would have been much better off both in time and money if we would have hired a car.

Great Location and Apartment

Very good experience for Excel London meeting, used the Emirates gondola to commute each day across the river, short walk on both sides,,,fun and easy! The view of the Thames and watching boat traffic was a pleasant surprise and overall facility in very good condition. Accommodated 3 adults and an active toddler. Friendly folks to handle arrival etc. Thank you Alan and Team!

Great Location/Wonderful view

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. The building was very secure and within easy walking distance of a train station.

Enjoyed our stay

We rented two apartments in the same building and it worked well for us. The building was modern and clean and relatively convenient for us to get back and forth to nearby Greenwich. The Jubilee line stop in North Greenwich provided us easy access into central London. Everything was as promised.

Very clean, has everything you need in it & a view of the river from the balcony too.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights whilst we attended an event at the O2. Perfect location, just 10 minutes walk from the O2 along the side of the river or the pathway. We didn't spend much time in the apartment as we were out all day - but ideal for what we needed. It is spotlessly clean & everything there you need including dishwasher, iron & hairdryer! It is in a residential block which is quiet & peaceful, so not recommended for anyone who wants to party, but would recommend for anyone else

The nearest underground station is North Greenwich on the Jubilee Line (an easy and safe 8 minutes walk or one stop by bus from the apartment). The location is perfect for exploring all of London's attractions - only 15 minutes to the very centre of London (Westminster) direct by underground.
