Renovated apartment on the 1st line of the Sea with direct views of the Sea Direct access to the rocks, where you can swim in the sea or 7 to 10 minute walk to the best beaches on the island: Sa Rapita, Ses Covetes, Es Trenc . It has 3 bedrooms +2 bathrooms, one en suite. Open kitchen, dining room, living room with exit to the terrace 30m2 with open views to the sea and Cabrera archipelago. In the evening having dinner dinner on the terrace is very nice watching the sunset. The sea is very safe for children. There are bed linen and towels in the apartment, include in the price. Solarium and BBQ on the 100 m2 terrace above with sea views. Fully equipped. Best Golf Course and Spa Center Marriott at 18 km, airport 35 km, Palma de Mallorca and 45 km. Bike lanes, seafood restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, ATM at walking distance from the apartment. Very quiet, ideal for families with children.

Great apartment, avoid the annual fiesta

This is a fantastic apartment, very well maintained, equipped and appointed, on a quiet part of Mallorca's southern coast. Margarita was helpful, charming, responsive and welcomed us with a pre-stocked fridge and a selection of homegrown vegetables, fruit and wine. Really can't fault the accommodation -- much better than your average holiday rental -- though one word of warning; check local fiesta dates before you book this apartment or any other in Sa Rapita! The weekend we arrived (July 16th), there was a fun local fiesta on the sea front, which is great to attend, but not so great to try to sleep near. Directly opposite our apartment, not 15 metres away from our terrace, was a ride called 'Super Cazuela', check it out here: https://youtu.be/qlxTknbHeOk This thing didn't finish until 02:30 the first night and at midnight on the second. It was unbearably loud and impossible to get away from, which wasn't funny, so just check your fiesta dates before you book. Apart from that, I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

I'd gladly go back!

I just finished a great long weekend at Margarita's apartment in Sa Rapita. The apartment was great. It was large and well-lit with a balcony overlooking the sea. The beach that is about 5 minutes by foot is one of the loveliest on the island, with white fine sand and turquoise water.

We went as a surprise birthday treat and Margarita blew up balloons, hung banners, set out champagne and a great cake for our arrival. (Of course this was decided in advance and we paid the extra, but Im glad we did and it was really well done.)

I'd gladly go back if I get the chance.

fantastischer Traumurlaub

Das Appartement liegt an erster Linie zum Mittelmeer mit 15 Gehminuten zum langgezogenen Strand Es Trenc. Die Sauberkeit , Lage und der Schnitt der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Wer hier nicht entspannen kann, ist selber Schuld
