About this property

The House of Alba (VUT 499 AS)

High floor, most exterior, large (120 m2), bright and quiet, equipped with windows with acoustic insulation. It consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with dining room, large living room and gallery. We have travel cots and high chairs without additional cost (to be requested in the reservation) and two parking spaces (independent of the accommodation).
Located in the center of the city with very good communication.
Ideal for families, couples and groups. VUT 499 AS.

Accommodation

Four bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed 150 with special length, large wardrobe, shoe rack and 32 inch TV. In this bedroom one or two folding beds will be placed (only when there are nine or ten guests).
Interior bedroom with 135 bed.
Double bedroom with two beds of 105.
Bedroom with trundle bed, being the two beds of 90.
These last two give access to a gallery.

We have travel cots if necessary.

Two newly renovated interior bathrooms with shower, a hair dryer and medicine cabinet, shampoo, gel, towels and toilet paper.

Newly renovated interior kitchen with large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, capsule and drip coffee machine, sandwich maker, juicer, toaster, blender, necessary kitchenware, ironing board and clothes iron . It also has a dining room equipped with a table, chairs and a 24-inch TV.

The building has a portal without architectural barriers and an elevator.

Tenants will have a complimentary breakfast for the first day.

We will give you the keys personally, in case of not being able to do it some family member.

We will be at your entire disposal whenever you need it.

Other highlights

The heating and the hot water are individual, they do not work with thermos then there is no danger of running out of hot water.

Heating will not be available from May-June (except adverse weather conditions).

The number of guests can not be reduced once the reservation has been validated.

The neighborhood has supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, cider houses, booths, banks, pharmacies and various shops.

The Jovellanos Theater and the main shopping area are 700 m away, as well as Poniente Beach 900m and San Lorenzo 1. 000m. Strolling in 10-15 minutes to Cimadevilla, Plaza Mayor, Puerto Deportivo and numerous areas known for their cider houses.

To move you do not need a vehicle since you can walk to all the places. Even so, there is a bus stop (40 meters away), a taxi stop (180 meters away) and a bike path.


The ALSA station is 450 meters away and the RENFE station is 900 meters away.

It has two optional parking spaces (they are not in the same building as there are no garages, they are across the street) for 7 euros a day each. In addition there is a public parking at walking distance for 2.40 euros a day.

Hot water is always connected, nothing needs to be done.
The electrical panel of the house is in the entrance, behind a picture. If you put many electrical things at the same time it may be that the excess differential jump, this is where you are and you only have to climb what is down.
The washing machine has a light with the image of a padlock: if it flashes it is that the door is not closed correctly (make sure pushing the door inwards) and when the washing cycle is finished it stays on for two minutes and then goes off, it is then when you can open the door. If it is overfilled, when clothes get wet, there may be a case of load decompensation (it detects more weight on one side of the drum than in another), then it will cancel the spin to avoid damage.
The dryer has a lint deposit as the door is opened and in the bottom part the water tank (removing the lower plastic front, put the hand down and pull), both must be emptied after use for proper operation of the dryer.

- The number of guests can not be reduced once the reservation has been validated.

- Respect the rest of the neighbors.
- Show respectful, polite and courteous to neighbors. Respect landings, portal, common areas of the building.
- Parties are totally prohibited, as well as any incivil behavior.
- Do not hang towels, flags, symbols on the facade of the building.
- Do not host or invite more people than those listed in the reservation document.


- Deposit the garbage (kitchen and bathrooms) in the container of the street, to avoid odors and dirt in general.
- Leave the floor without garbage or waste.
- Turn off all electrical appliances, heating and lights before leaving.
- The towels, bedding and other belongings are for use and enjoyment in the house, please do not take them.

- Close the door with a key when you leave the house.
- In the case of a minor accident, there is a medicine cabinet in the house where the bathroom closet is located.
- Do not open the door to unidentified people or commercial mail.

- Smoking is not allowed in any room of the house.
- Arrival time will be after 5:00 p.m.
- The departure time will be before 12:00 in the morning

- It is prohibited to introduce furniture in the accommodation or to carry out works or repairs in the same, without written authorization from the owner of the dwelling.
- It is forbidden to carry out the activity of lodging in the home or to use it for purposes other than those for which it was contracted.
- It is prohibited to introduce explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or inconvenience to other occupants of the property.
- It is forbidden to carry out any activity that conflicts with the habitual uses of coexistence, hygiene and public order, or that prevents the normal rest of other users of the property.
- It is prohibited to introduce animals against the prohibition of the owner of the dwelling, except in the case of assistance dogs for people with disabilities.
- It is prohibited to introduce devices or mechanisms that significantly alter the average consumption of water and energy.

- Failure to comply with these rules will entitle the owner of the home to proceed with the expulsion of the offenders of the same, for which they may seek the help of the forces of public order.
