It consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Semi Professional Double electric oven & 6 Gas burner hob, microwave, & vast walk in pantry. It opens out onto a covered terrace, with gas barbeque & traditional stone sink, perfect for enjoying warm morning croissant, shady lunches & balmy dinners with the flood lit chateau as a backdrop.

Large 4 bedroom family home: A separate dining room with table for 8. A large sitting room with comfortable sofas for 8. TV, DVD,& HiFi. with french doors opening onto a shaded terrace covered with grape vines & climbing roses. A master bedroom, opening also onto the shady terrace & pool, with a dressing room, bath & walk-in shower room with WC. In the entrance hall a separate WC & stairs to 3 upstairs bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms (one with balcony) & 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom & separate WC. This house was built by us using traditional materials & carefully thought out plans to make life simple. we have incorporated various old techniques & materials, like old stone sinks, hand carved entrance, lime wash walls with pigments to colour the ochre walls. It has a typically Provencal feel, whlst being light & airy

My husband has a building company in Grimaud, where he was born & bred.

Why S Jackson chose St Tropez region

If you have ever been to the area, you will know about how popular St Tropez is. The situation of the house enables you to get to several different towns & the coast without heavy traffic. It is in a quiet close, whilst also being near to the village, the beaches & the supermarkets, restaurants are numerous locally

Beutiful Home

A group of us including a baby stayed at the home in June of 2014 and had an absolutely lovely time. The villa is really beautiful and was exactly what were looking for. We spent a week lounging by the pool and exploring the nearby towns, a really perfect holiday. The owner was very attentive and responded promptly to any questions we had. Can't recommend enough.

PERFECT VILLA - PERFECT LOCATION

Beautiful villa, perfect location. Within 5 mins of beach at Port Grimaud and 15 mins from St Tropez yet off the main road and very quiet. Villa is lovely with all mod cons - beautifully clean. Covered veranda perfect for evening meals and owners more than happy to help with any problems. Would thoroughly recommend.

A Perfect Family Villa

We have stayed in this wonderful house twice and would very much like to visit again. The house is beautifully maintained, with good proportions, very nicely furnished with a lovely pool and generous accommodation. The house is perfect for outdoor living and but equally comfortable and practical inside. The house is always immaculate, stocked with everything you need and very comfortable for a family or two

The location is pefect for the beaches, St Tropez, St Maxime and of course Grimaud. The views of hills, with surrounding vineyards and Grimaud castle make it a very special place.

There is so much to do in the area, sightseeing, shopping, horseriding, sailing infact all watersports, winetasting, cycling, and off course superb restaurants. The area is also well served for supermarkets and the villa is in a perfect location for using back routes and avoiding the coastal traffic in the height of the summer.

The owner, Sarah Jackson is very helpful, and welcoming. She will help with anything and is nearby. We have always loved our stays and would not hesitate in recommending it to others.
