The house (14 years), ground floor and combined construction in rustic stone, wood, ceramic and with large French doors, has 250 m2, T4 (with 2 suites + 2 bathrooms) common room with fireplace in addition to central heating in all divisions and air conditioning in the master suite.

It has very large outdoor living areas and all with an exceptional view.

The private pool area, has a large lawn and has the ideal setting in the landscape, because it allows to enjoy a fantastic panoramic and complete privacy.

Access is via the A4 motorway (Porto / Marco de Canaveses 40Km) and the journey time is just over 35 minutes.

This is the ideal place to base the city of Porto and some cities to the North, such as Amarante, Vila Real, Guimarães, Braga, Viana do Castelo, etc ... all of them at a distance of 55km and all with access by various motorways.

Zeer ruime villa met fenomenaal uitzicht

Heerlijke week gehad, volop privacy. Genoeg ruimte binnen en buiten de villa voor iedereen. Tafeltennis, badminton, ietwat klein zwembadje. Villa staat op een heuvel tussen de dennen en de eucalyptusbomen, prachtige vogels gespot. Ondanks wat minder weer hebben we ons uitstekend vermaakt. Een auto om boodschappen te doen is een must. Alvaro Velhote, eigenaar, is een fantastische behulpzame man. Op elke vraag of verzoek werd binnen 1 uur gereageerd. Wij hebben genoten. Nogmaals dank je wel Alvaro!

Tophuis in mooie omgeving.

Een prachtig huis op een mooie lokatie (ligt tegen de helling van een heuvel)

Groot genoeg voor 10 personen, maar je verdwaald er niet in.. Het terrein is opgedeeld in terrassen.fantastische plek ook voor kleinere kinderen. Alvaro is een goede gastheer die bij kleine probleempjes snel ter plaatse is.

Great holidays

We stayed there for one week and it was absolutely amazing. The house is located above the river, with enough space around it. You've got an amazing view, there is enough space for a big family. So if you are planning on doing a holiday with friends this house would be a perfect match. The owner is very friendly and is always trying to help.

Welnu, dit IS de perfecte vakantiewoning!

Van 27 mei t/m 3 juni verbleven wij met 8 personen in deze villa. Een geweldig huis met een ongelofelijk terras en dito uitzicht. We hebben een vrij ruime ervaring met het huren van dit soort woningen maar deze is de beste tot nu toe. De foto's geven beslist geen vertekend beeld. Alles klopt.

Portugal is mooi, de mensen aardig, de prijzen (vooral in de horeca) zeer redelijk en de eigenaar Alvaro spreekt Engels, is uiterst behulpzaam en zeer sympathiek.

Dit was het eerste maar hoogstwaarschijnlijk niet ons laatste bezoek geweest!

The property (23 700 m2) is inserted in an area of ​​pine forest and agricultural fields and vineyards and has a fabulous view of the Tâmega river, city and mountains.

The property has stone wall 2m high, almost 50% of its perimeter and in the highest part has sealing on wooden poles with steel network with 1.5m height.

The house (12 years), ground floor and construction combined in rustic stone, wood, ceramics and large glass doors, has 250 m2, 4 bedrooms (2 suites + 2 bathrooms) lounge with fireplace in addition to central heating all divisions.

With pool (7.5m X 3m) facing south and outdoor seating areas with large lawns and automatic irrigation.

Its neighbors, other areas of land owners with more than 25 000m2 and housing of modern architecture and some old houses recoveries also of stone.

The 400M is the river Tamega, with its banks built with lighted pedestrian zones and several boats of berths.

The marina also recently built, already has some small boats and a restaurant support, and some bars.

2km is the city of Marco Canaveses and 7km from the Amarante Golf Club.

The 40km north, has several cities, including Guimarães (European Capital of Culture 2012) Braga and Vila Real.
