Detached, spacious, well equiped Villa. Situated within a 5 minute walk from the internationally recognized 'Club de Golf Villamartin' 18 hole course and close to many spectacular beaches, including the world renowned Lo Pagan/ Mar Menor therapeutic natural spa region (recognized has having one of the best eco climates in the world). This villa offers a 'home from home' experience with its own private pool and beautifully maintained gardens. Set in a quiet location offering seclusion for relaxation and private bathing whilst providing panoramic views of local countryside including 'turn of the century' farmhouse, Mediterranean sea and canal.

The Villa and surroundings offer a fantastic holiday for both families with children or adults only. As well as the private pool there is access to a larger communal pool within 50 metres. A little further afield are water parks and theme parks as well as a wide variety of gastronomic delights to suit every taste and pocket.

Local Amenities: The Villa is conveniently located 5 minutes walk to the lovely Villamartin Plaza with a huge range of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets. These include Spanish, English, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Argentinian, German, Austrian, Norwegian, and Mexican (see link http://www.villamartinplaza.com/). There is also a supermarket for everyday provisions,(including fresh bread and BBQ meats daily) banking facilities, a pharmacy and doctors surgery along with other boutiques. For the fitness fanatics, there is a well equiped local gym with a variety of classes for motivation. What can be fun is attending one of the local daily markets to pick up a bargain or two. At the Plaza there is a bus service that will take you to local beaches and on into the main Town of Torrivieja. Taxi's are readily available, regulated, metered and offer reasonable rates to get around. It is best to hire cars from the airport. Please ask us at time of booking for special -10% online booking rates with the option to pay at time of collection rather than in advance.

For Golfers: The Villa is ideally situated for the Golfer with 4 local courses within a few kilometres. Villamartin is the most established, the others being Las Colinas, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Villamartin is only a five minute walk from the Villa. There are two other courses within a ten minute drive. Las Ramblas is an outstanding course in a dramatic, contrasting landscape that require the right club decision on each hole. Campoamor is very different with lush undulating greens. It has a five star clubhouse on top of the hill, fabulous terrace and restaurant with great views. New in 2010 is Las Colinas, a par 71 Championship course that blends naturally into the stunning landscape, running through valleys between hills (see picture). There are more than 20 great golf courses within a 40 minute drive including La Finca, La Romero, La Manga, the new Severiano Bellesteros designed La Peraleja and Jack Nicklaus designed La Torre. Beaches: Most of the local beaches are 'Blue Flag', which means that their cleanliness and water condition are regularly monitored and kept up to a very high standard. The nearest is at La Zenia, this is a nice mix of a lovely soft sandy bay with loungers and sun shades to hire, a beach bar for cold beers and snacks, rock pools for the kids to explore, a life guard station and a bar/restaurant overlooking all. There are quite a few other seaside areas within fifteen minutes drive ranging from small rocky coves to a marina and restaurants at Campoamor. Immediately to the North of Torreveija Town, which has a very large marina and two beaches, is Guadamar. This is the beginning of more than ten miles of wide flat sandy beach that seems to go all the way to Alicante. According to the World Health Organisation this area of the Costa Blanca has got the healthiest climate in Europe, and is one of the healthiest places in the world to live. Asthma and rheumatism sufferers will notice the benefit.

Shopping: There are a number of places to shop within a few kilometres. From daily markets, where you can not only pick up a bargin or buy the wonderful organic local produce, to the new La Zenia Boulovard shopping village has recently opened see link... http://www.zeniaboulevard.es/inicio .The village is just a short drive from the Villa and will have over 150 quality named stores, including Zara, H&M, C&A and Decathlon (sports) to name but a few.

Fitness: There is a wonderful gym just in the Zenia Boulevard complex. Momo La Zenia (www.momosportsclub.com). The gym is well equipped with Weights, Running Machines, Rowers, Stepper, X-Trainers. There are also a great selection of classes including Spinning, Circuit Training, Body Pump, Latino Dance, Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, Combat. The well sized pool is great or swimming or you can participate in one of the daily Aqua Aerobic classes. There is also a Sauna and Steam Room.

Other Activities: Spa and therapeutic centre, Horse Riding, Fishing, Cinema, Casino, day trips and water parks.

Excellent private villa you won't be disappointed

Had lovely two week stay in villa caden . It was very spacious with two bedrooms downstairs and master upstairs . English tv/wifi everything you would need... pool and garden were very well maintained and spotless. Villa is very private in a lovely area central for golf course and the plaza where all the restaurants bars are located. 5 minute stroll. We didn't have a car and it wasn't a problem. We walked to la zenia and Lidl 45 minutes and taxied back 6 euros. Water park 20 euros and playa flamenca 10 euros. Taxis are pretty reasonable. All in all a fabulous relaxing break . Would definitely return in the future. Denis was great at answering any queries and extremely helpful re booking golf airport transfers etc. Everything ran like clockwork. Thank you

Should be 6 Stars ........!

What a great stay at Villa Caden…..we didn't want to go home! We have been renting in Spain regularly for the past 7 years and this is by far the best stay we've had. The Villa is equipped to a high specification and very spacious. It was great to have fast wi-fi and a great selection of TV channels when we wanted.

The gardens are just like the pictures, very well kept with plenty of loungers and the pool lovely and clean. Great to have the option of two patio's; one covered downstairs where we enjoyed our morning breakfast and the open big upstairs patio, again with loungers and a quaint wrought iron table and chairs to relax before going out or secluded sun-bathing.

Denis gave us great information and instructions for arrival. We were greeted at the Villa, shown around, given local infomation and how to use appliances, alarm and safe.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable and great to have quality towels, so that we didn't have to pack our cases with extra.

The Villa is in a lovely quite area. Just a 10-15 walk to the local square is the local supermarket and a great select of family restaurants and non rowdy bars. On many nights the square put on evening entertainment at no additional cost. The singers were fabulous.

We hired a car, but we didn't really need it apart from the short drive to Zenia Boulevard. Great selection of shops with all the big brands (Zara, Massimo Dutti, H&M etc) and some great value for money restaurants.

We've contacted Denis already to book to secure our dates for next year!

Very charming and well looked after.

Very impressed on the villa , everything you need , home from home , we had a lovely relaxing time , will be definitely booking again , walking distance to all amenities but far away not to affected by noice from the restaurants & bars , one thing I would say is that if you fly in on a Sunday there are no shops open to be able to buy the bare essential , so for the extra money I would be more than happy for a welcome pack to be supplied.

All in all a lovely villa with everything that you need , gorgeous surroundings and lovely views , very spacious , thank you Dennis . 5 star x

Great location, quiet but walkable distance to bars and restaurants.

Villa is a great size for a family in a lovely quiet area. Kitchen is well equipped. Great WiFi and tv channels. I would say that the wooden furniture outside needs replacing as arms falling off and upstairs wooden furniture very rocky didn’t want to sit on it. I would also say bedding and towels could do with replacing as well, towels were very old. Don’t let this put you off staying at this lovely quaint very Spanish villa. These are minor and am sure will be addressed.

A fantastic, spacious villa; great for everyone

The villa was incredibly spacious inside and was very clean. Garden and pool (a little too cold for February) were beautiful. Local amenities are a five minute walk away including themed bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket stocked with plenty of essentials. Or local town centres are a short car/taxi trip (would recommend Torrevieja and the Salt/Mud flats of the Mar Menor). I would easily recommend this villa to anyone be it families or friends.

Beautiful & Homely whilst keeping the Spanish feel

Very clean and Homely with everything clearly labelled and described with many recommendations of where to go and what to see.

Perfect sized rooms with more than enough clothing and storage space to fully unpack. It feels like a place you can truly wind down in and enjoy the atmosphere in.

There are a wealth of restaurants offering foods from all over the world within walking distance to the Villa. Within an hour drive you can experience places of interest, such as historic Cartagena, the 1000 year old Moors church in Murcia or shopping and bull fights in Alicante. 20 minutes to nearby Torrevieja provides typically Spanish pavement cafes and long sea front promenades- a great place to chill out and people watch. For teenagers and younger adults there is a variety of disco/nightclub entertainment in Torrevieja. Also with, 10 pin bowling, Cinema and a Casino available. The local aqua park is open in the summer. Benidorm is 80 kilometres away and is great for a visit to Terra Mitica -one of Europe's largest theme parks. Being on the coast there are some great beach walks over rugged terrain or through stunning pine and palm forests-some great places for picnics. All types of water sports are available here and its great for the sailing/wind surfing enthusiasts!
