Myhideaway apartment is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the centre of the village of Peyia. Close to all amenities, walk to great choice of tavernas, the local friendly shops, and the bus stop

There is a lift from the garage to the apartments.

Large patio area for your alfresco lifestyle living BBQ and distant sea view. Quiet relaxing and adorable

Myhideaway is on the first floor, but with a good sized patio garden area Your own BBQ. and a distant sea view

It has dual Air conditioned/heating units in all rooms

The kitchen is well equipped with

ceramic hob, fan oven, grill, and extractor fan.

Microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, crock pot.

iron and ironing board .

The dining area has table and chairs for 4 guests.

The living area has 2 large leather sofas for six guests,

TV for watching DVD's a few DVD's Radio, cassette CD. player .

There is a super king sized bed with memory foam overlay, or comfy twin beds, whichever you prefer.

I have enjoyed over the last few years being in contact with many guests from all walks of life and counties who have stayed at myhideaway. I am thrilled when many come again for their second or third visit.

I now retired after being a contact lens optician, for over 40 yrs. As a Christian am involved with my local church whenever possible.

I enjoy walking, and playing golf. cross stich and reading. My new project is to improve on photography. I now also have more opportunity to enjoy a stay myself at myhideaway

I enjoyed holidaying in Cyprus and Peyia is such a quiet relaxing and welcoming village I took the opportunity to purchase an apartment. In the centre of the village within walking distance of my favourite tavernas and well located for exploring this area of Cyprus

Quiet, relaxing and well located for a great choice of local tavernas on your doorstep. with a distant sea view. You could easily be the only guests using the pool. Well located for exploring the west of Cyprus including the Akamas Peninsula

Best local restaurant is Peyia tavern for the best meat meze you will ever have, The Grande for friendly service, and reasonably priced cocktails. We visited Pomos Harbour and found green turtles swimming in the harbour we returned a second time and found them again, great lunch fish meze at Kanalli restaurant overlooking harbour. Troodos mountains, Agios Georgios harbour, Kourion, and paphos archaelogical site well worth a visit. A great days bird watching with the Cyprus Birdlife group at Cape Greko was along day but well worth it. Best local beach is Corallia near coral Bay. On the last afternoon we swam for 15 mins with a turtle what a great holiday, Thank you Ruth and a wonderful apartment

Quiet, relaxing place to stay

We stayed here with our 8 year old daughter for 2 weeks. It was very hot so the pool & air conditioning were most welcome! It suited our needs as we needed to have a stress free break, however, if you are looking for a more bustling place with night life etc you need to stay in Paphos! The apartment was spacious & well equipped. There was another family in the block with children which made it more fun for our daughter. The shops & taverns were within walking distance which made life easy. Ruth was very helpful in sorting out transfers to & from the airport etc & any other local knowledge we needed to know! I would recommend this to my friends & family.

Peyia is a friendly village nestling in the hills above coral bay.

Peyia has a good selection of local tavernas to choose from all of which you can walk to from the apartment.

There are several supermarkets to choose from and a fruit market,

The local bakery is just around the corner with fresh bread everyday and a wonderful range of tempting goodies . There is a bank, a chemist , and a butchers also.

Peyia does now have its own mini bus service down to Coral bay on an hourly service.

Coral bay blue flag beach is just 5 mins drive and Corallia Bay 10 mins which is a bit quieter

Myhideaway apartment is situated in a quiet small cul-de-sac just off the main road in the centre of the village within walking distance of most of the village amenities

Peyia is well located for touring the west of Cyprus, with Coral Bay blue flag beach just 5 mins drive away, and the harbour of Agious Georgios with its amazing rock formations 15 mins drive On into The Akamas Peninsular with a terrain of its own waiting to be explored, little coves and interesting gorges, to explore fully you will need a 4x4 but some can be seen with any ordinary car. Good area for bird watching also the main migratory season being mid April. Further north you can visit the town of Polis and then drive along towards Latchi harbour . Plenty of tavernas here with the opportunity of water sports and diving. Keep going west and you come across Aphrodite bath and the northern edge of the Akamas Peninsular. Plenty of scope for good walking and sea views.

On the way up to Polis you could stop off at numerous Cypriot villages to wonder around and see the real Cyprus. East from Polis along the coast road you reach Pomos, nothing there apart from the village and the beach

Inland finds you exploring the villages and the forest area of Cyprus with its mountain views and cooler breezes in summer. In these areas are several monasteries and archaeological sites.

South of Peyia there is a 15 min drive into Paphos with its well known harbour area, a boat trip in the glass bottomed boat or just wonder along and watch the world go by, sit at the café and have a refreshing drink.

If you take the road east of Paphos you find another group of villages to visit on the way to Mt Olympus where you could even ski in the winter if you wanted to . Cyprus is know for skiing in the morning and sitting on the beach in the afternoon. Have a look at Akratori lake and settle down on lady mile beach for a lazy afternoon.

At Paphos harbour is the fort to visit and the UNESCO world heritage site with exciting mosaics alongside the lighthouse.

Away from the harbour there is a selection of shops and cafes, and one of the busier tourist areas. Good place to exchange any GB cash

You could visit the catacombs and then wonder along to the church where St Paul was reputed to have visited.

Not far from Peyia you have the choice of 4 golf courses all within 20-40 mins drive

Bird watching is popular in Cyprus being on the main migratory route

Horse riding is a different way of seeing the countryside

Kayaking, diving, parascending, snorkelling many related pastimes.

So much for everyone such diversity in such a small space, culture, archaeology, walking, cycling, bird watching, golfing, swimming, diving, or just sitting on the beach. Something for everyone
