Each apartment has its own private terrace and entrance. This property can be rented in 3 individual apartments or as a whole property accommodating 16 persons.
The upper 2 apartments of 3 bedrooms each interconnect and can provide accommodation for 12 persons. The lower 2 bedroom apartment is ground floor and is ideal for disabled persons.
Each apartment has its own private parking in the driveway.

Set on elevated grounds Margherita Villa Apartments enjoy superb panoramic views of Mellieha Bay and Santa Maria Estate valley. The property comprises of 3 spacious and recently decorated self-catering apartments, which share a good size swimming pool complimented with sun deck area together with umbrellas and sun loungers and a delightful BBQ area where shower and toilet facilities are available.
The villa is equipped with free wifi, a communal washing machine, safety deposit boxes in all the 3 units, cable tv`s and now with aircondition for total comfort.

Great stay in the superb villa Margarita's apartme
The villa is very well located in a quiet environment.
The villa itself is gorgeous and apartment unit 3 is fantastic for a family holiday.
It's very well equipped. Next time we won't even take any toys for the kids knowing that there is everything available at the villa 🖒.
And last but not least, Margaret is a really nice and welcoming person. She is discreet but you know you can count on her.
Breathtaking view....
What a picture perfect view! The grounds were immaculate and the pool pristine. Our 3 bedroom flat was very specious and very clean. Assorted towel were all provided for our use. The owner was always very helpful with any inquires we had ... such as restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores etc...Mellieha is lovely place with all the amenities and close to public transportation as well very close to the Gozo ferry terminal. Highly recommend this very well run establishment.

C'est la 2ème année que nous passons à la Villa Margherita et c'est toujours aussi bien. L'appartement est très propre, spacieux (3 chambres, 2 salles de bain) et situé au calme mais à quelques minutes à pied des commerces. Margaret la propriètaire est chaleureuse, toujours à la disposion des vacanciers si besoin. les parties communes (piscine, transats, parking) sont très bien entretenues. Vous pouvez louer en toute confiance
The flat is really well located, spacious for 6, very clean and Margaret, the owner, is always happy to help you if you need something. this adress is one of the best of Melleiha. Thank you once again for everything !

My husband and I have been going for over 20 years marguerite and joe has always made us welcome and helpful if we needed anything. The apartments are very spacious and well kept to a very high standed and have everything you would need. The only thing I would to see are bigger towels and softer pillows everything else was very very good

A wonderful apartment beautifully presented and spotlessly clean with all mod-cons. Cannot be faulted for comfort and unobstrusive but attentive attention and help from the owner. Will definitely return.
Location
Margherita Villa Apartments are situated in a tranquil & peaceful area in Mellieha called Santa Maria Estate. They are only 5 minutes walking distance from the village centre, where one can find shops, bars & restaurants, banks and much more. Therefore renting a car is not a necessity. The beach is only 5 minutes drive from the villa and 10 minutes drive to reach the ferry terminal if you intend to visit the sisters’ islands of Malta, Gozo & Comino.
