Luxury duplex with shared pool. Private garden and terrace with a magnificent sea view. Ideal for a romantic break or a family holiday.

Situated on a hill above the port of Soller in a quiet area. The building was recently constructed to a very high standard and the apartment is equipped with everything required for modern living. The front and the rear terraces make it possible to enjoy sun or shade at any time of the day. The apartment is light and airy but also well equipped for winter.The apartment enjoys full sun all day, overlooks the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains and is located in an exclusive area: in a peaceful location but close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with the latest modern conveniences. It has a total area of 190sq m. The apartment has a lovely living room (with French doors) which opens onto a private terrace. A private sun terrace just outside the lounge and dining area, with a magnificent sea view

Distances: Nearby are the attractive mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, whilst a little further along the coast is Deia. Sóller and the port are about 30 minutes drive from Palma Airport, and h ave good connections with railway, tram and bus services

Change over day : Flexible. We understand flights are often more reasonably priced during the week, but it is depending on other bookings. Arrival after 2.30pm, departure not later than 10.30am unless by prior arrangement

Beach: The apartment is a 3 minute drive to a beach with paddle boats and sunbeds. There is an underwater diving school in the port and holiday makers can hire sail surfers and there are boat trips along a beautiful rocky coastline to other beach resorts and coves

Fantastic duplex apartment

Quite a climb up the hill and steps but absolutely worth it once you get to the top! Great views, lovely relaxing pool and a really homely but modern feel. Domingo made the booking very easy and made us feel very welcome.

Perfect hillside apartment

Couldn't recommend more highly. Spacious, tasteful, all mod cons, wonderful garden and views from the terrace. Look no further if you don't mind the hill. It's so worth the climb!!

Domingo was punctual, attentive and very helpful. Nice touch with a welcome pack of wine, olives, nuts etc.

Thanks very much for a fantastic place!!!

soller appt

Have just returned from wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment.everything in the apartment of very high standard but the real plus is the outdoor space-a terrace to the front with stunning views and a large garden to rear with sunbeds ,tables and chairs.domingo,the owner was very attentive and made us feel very welcome.

The only negatives: a car is a must,too far to walk to the beach&restaurants and as the apartment is on the top floor there are several flights of steep steps that must be negotiated to reach it! That being said it would certainly not stop us returning .

Fantastic apartment for family holiday

Stayed in this wonderful apartment for 2 weeks at the start of August.Great attention to detail from the owner who went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The property was extremely well equipped and the views over the bay were outstanding. Can recommend the local restaurant (within walking distance) but, suggest a hire car for ease of getting around.

In summary, a high quality apartment, well managed and beautifully situated.

Comfortable and luxurious holiday house

We were received with wine, cold drinks and snacks. This is a very comfortable house, ideal to enjoy with family or friends, having breakfast/lunch or dinner in one of the numerous areas to be together like the very nice terrace with views over the bay of Port de Soller, garden with two tables, barbecue, sunbeds). The house is very well equipped with all modern facilities and it has been a real pleasure staying here. The only disadvantage is that you have to use a lot of stairs to get to the house, which is quite tiring in warm summer, but it is worth the while!

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir verbrachten 10 wundervolle Tage in der gemütlichen, sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Von Domingo wurden wir herzlich empfangen und betreut. Der Standort ist ideal für Wanderungen und für Ausflüge ans Meer. Und auf dem Balkon und im Garten mit Grill kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und sich richtig schön erholen. Wir sind ein bisschen traurig, dass unsere Ferienzeit schon vorbei ist und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

Sóller is an attractive town on Mallorca's north-west coast. The valley and its surrounding mountain range, the 'Serra de Tramuntana', is a favourite destination for people from all over the world, especially those who enjoy walking, nature, eco-tourism, swimming or simply a peaceful rest away from the hustle and bustle of the better-known tourist traps. The main square in Soller is a regular meeting place for coffee, croissant and people watching. Daily market with local produce. Cycle hire available. Specialist shops for walkers. Several fiesta's, check local press. Banks, pharmacies and supermarkets available in both villages. Puerto Soller, with its perfect semi-circular bay, is one of the only harbours on the North coast of Mallorca. The old fishing port where you can still buy fish fresh from the boats in the morning is backed by seafood restaurants and bars. Restaurants and shops stay open all year.
