Zen Gardens is a newly built, well designed private complex with swimming pool and children’s pool, gardens, car parking, 24 hour security and constant water supply.

The apartment’s two terraces, at tree-top level, are furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs, coffee tables, with parasol, fans and lighting, providing superb outside living space.The King-size bed and twin beds are of high quality with deep sprung mattresses, bedrooms have large wardrobes, bedside tables, ample drawer space

Both bedrooms and the living room have split level air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans with extractor fans in the shower rooms.

Electrical installation has been upgraded to include an automatic phase selector and inverter/battery backup in case of power failure. Ample lighting and power sockets throughout. Independent water heaters to each shower room and kitchen. Reverse osmosis filter providing drinking quality water.

Top quality towels, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils are provided.

Zen Gardens is two minutes’ walk from Maria Hall crossroads, where there are fruit and vegetable stalls, a newspapers, pharmacy, bank/ATM, restaurant and bar, wine shop, rickshaw and taxi stands, and regular buses to Margao, Colva and the package tour resorts of Varca, Cavellossim and Mobor; A further five minutes leads to the village centre, where there are travel agents, money exchange, internet cafes, mobile phone shop, supermarket, German bakery, ice-cream parlours, hairdressers and a good choice of restaurants and bars, A further 10 minutes’ walk past the paddy fields leads to the beautiful unspoilt beach with a dozen or so “shacks” providing the best value food and drink in Goa, water sports and dolphins.
