My wife and I currently own and manage a total of six Prague apartments. We bought our first Prague apartment in 2004 and since then we have made a further two purchases. We started focusing on short-term rentals in 2008 after renovating our first apartment, the four-bedroom 97558).
We also sublease three apartments in lessor and Old Town and view leasing as an important way to expand our business. It enables us to focus on the most prime locations in the city that boast spectacular and unique views of some of Prague’s most iconic attractions.
My wife has 10 years experience in high-level hotel management and her experience in this sector has proved invaluable in professionalizing our business. All our apartments are renovated and/or decorated with a boutique style, using authentic, antique and vintage furnishings collected and added by my wife.
We take great time and care acquiring our furnishings in an effort to create a unique and original experience for our customers. We feel it is important to differentiate ourselves from the ‘four walls and Ikea furniture’ format which is standard in many holiday-let apartments in Prague.
We prefer to focus on a lower number of apartments so that we can maintain and develop each of them with an attention to detail true to our boutique style and principles of quality over quantity.
Our apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest level and our improvements in both comfort and decor are ongoing. Since we started in 2008 our six apartments have acquired 360 five star reviews on HomeAway and average five stars across two other major sites with additional 300 reviews.
In future we would like to expand our portfolio taking on more renovation projects which focus on converting historical apartments into high-performing holiday rentals. All our renovations aim to capture the spirit and character of the building/ apartment being restored and we only take on projects where we feel this can be achieved to the highest end.
This is a truly unique location with front side views of the Charles Bridge and back side views of the Castle. Of our six apartments (97558 ,93243,1980948, 811627) which are all rented successfully both these properties are by far our most popular and have never ceased to wow and impress our guests. You simply cannot find a better location in Prague.

There is an additional charge of 0.60 EURO/60 cents per person per night mandatory city tax added to the rate and will form part of your overall fee calculated by HA. There are no additional costs to be paid on arrival apart from the balance.
We require 60 Euro deposit to reserve our Apartment.
Balance will be paid upon arrival. There is no extra charge for cash payment, 3% surcharge for credit card payment.

The pictures are 100% accurate. The apartment (first floor) was perfect - location, size and charm. Amazing neighborhood - walking distance to castle AND Old Town. Lots of shops, cafe's and restaurants, and Ilan was a great host.
This was our second stay in this wonderful apartment and it won't be our last. It is spacious and comfortable in an unbeatable location, within walking distance of everything. Situated In a lovely quiet cobbled street with the canal running right outside the bedroom windows (like having a stay in Venice thrown in-at Prague prices!) it makes a stay in this beautiful city even more perfect.

The listing description was accurate regarding location layout and its facilities. The property was well maintained and clean.The apartment is very large with beautiful decor and breathtaking views. The apartment is close to everything yet quite. We walked to the Castle, Christmas boutique in Old Prague and over the Charles bridge a few times. The restaurants and coffee shops across the street had great food. The managers and their staff are very polite and provide great customer service. I would recommend this apartment to all my family and friends.
The hosts were welcoming and gave great recommendations for tours and restaurants. The apartment was perfect for our group of four. Loved everything about our stay!
Well appointed clean, spacious, warm, secure and quiet apartment in a superb location on the Little Quarter side of the river close to the Charles Bridge. Views of the bridge are as advertised, plus views of the castle and cathedral from the sitting room. Booking and greeting procedures were excellent, including airport transfer option, and briefing on arrival. Owner was in regular contact during stay to ensure all was well. Several excellent restaurants with a range of styles were within 1 to 3 minutes walk! Supermarket and bakery also local. We'll be back.

The apartment itself was full of charm, very spacious and literally a 30 second walk from the wonderful Charles bridge.
The hosts Ilan and Veronika are extremely friendly and helpful and the thoughtful touches such as salt, sugar, tea and coffee, cooking oil (although we didn't use it) didn't go unnoticed. There was even liquid hand soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom!
We loved Prague, such a beautiful city with so much to see and do. We will definitely be back to stay at the apartment again.
