Pippin Cottage is located close to the park and overlooks the River
Greta and is only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Keswick, a
bustling market town with its vibrant mix of shops, cafes, bars and
restaurants The shores of Derwentwater are a ten minute walk from the

Entering the cottage the front porch opens a hallway that in turn leads
to a cosy and welcoming sitting room. Comfortable and stylish sofas are
arranged around the fireplace and large screen Smart TV. To the rear of
the cottage there is a spacious and contemporary kitchen diner with a
beautiful, high quality, fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and well
equipped with five ring electric hob, double electric oven,
fridge/freezer and microwave. The glass topped family dining table is
just the place to gather over breakfast in the morning or to relax over
dinner in the evening.
Pippin Cottage offers a choice of two bedrooms; there is a tastefully
designed master bedroom with kingsize bed and period furniture (this
room can also be made up as a twin bedroom please specify when
booking). The smaller, pretty, second bedroom is presented with a king
size bed. The two bedrooms are complemented by a spacious and luxurious
family shower room with walk in shower, double sinks and wc.
To the rear of the cottage there is a walled garden with bistro style
table and chairs, just the spot for a morning coffee or a glass of wine
in the evening and for those with outdoor gear there is a lockable
storage for bikes, golf clubs and other sports equipment.
Please note that this cottage does not have a washing machine however
the owner is happy to provide a single service wash, dry and fold for
guests at the nearby launderette (Up to 16lb).
The owners welcome one large or up to two medium size, well behaved dog
but due to the town centre location this property only has a courtyard
garden but the popular Fitz Park is located just one minutes' walk
Keswick is one of the Lake District's most popular destinations. This
friendly town hosts the very popular twice weekly market that has
recently won the coveted Best Outdoor Market in the Great British
Market Awards. The village also offers a fantastic array of shops
offering everything from craft bakeries and local produce, antiques,
crafts and much, much more.
