Petroc is a superb property, lovingly renovated and restored with sumptuous furnishings and luxurious detailing. The master bedroom opens out onto a large balcony with simply breath-taking views of St Mawes Harbour creates a perfect spot to grab a morning coffee or a glass of wine and watch the boats and ferries pottering by. There is a small courtyard which is perfect for drying wetsuits and the luxury of a heated outside shower to wash the sand and salt from the children.
St Mawes is simply an idyllic spot for a holiday. It is perfect for those who want to get out on the water or explore the stunning coastline or the Roseland Peninsula. There are two shingle beaches in St Mawes or some lovely sandy beaches on the St Anthony headland. Staying in St Mawes you would not need your car all week. Everything is within walking distance and the passenger ferries provide regular services around the estuary from the delightful harbour.
Ground Floor: Small entrance porch from front door leads into open plan living room / dining area with comfortable sofas, table and chairs and a wood burning stove. Stairs lead to first floor. Corridor leads to kitchen with fully fitted units and appliances, further access to utility room with washer / dryer and also a downstairs shower room with WC and hand basin.
First Floor: Master bedroom with 5' double bed and sea view, glass door leads to large balcony with stunning sea views. Twin bedroom with two 3' beds and storage; sea view from one of the beds. Second double bedroom with 5' bed and storage. Family bathroom with bath including overhead shower, basin and WC.
Exterior: Enclosed rear courtyard garden, large balcony with table and chairs and sea view. Outside heated shower.

There is a central heating system with thermostatically controlled radiators, there is also a wood burning stove. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and induction hob. There is a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, separate under counter fridge & freezer and a dishwasher: There is combined washer machine / dryer in the utility room. The sitting room area has a flatscreen digital Smart TV with catch up TV & DVD player which can be used for CDs and radio. Bose sound system. Unlimited WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board. There is a cot and high chair. Hairdryer is available.
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. Regrettably no dogs are allowed. Parking is available in the space to the rear of the property, additional parking is available in the main car park (very safe) and weekly/daily tickets are available from the pay and display machine.
