Stunning setting and views

We are a family of 4. 2 girls aged 8 and 10.

It really did hit the spot. Best place from the last 3 years of coming to Ibiza.

We have high standards and expectations, looking for the best compromise of beautiful setting and views, remote feel, a pool, and comfortable accomodation. For a family of 4 around this price range. With no annoying niggles. This really did deliver on all counts.

The views and setting are genuinely stunning; the location is perfect to get to the "off the beaten track" best beaches, scenery and remote coastline; and yet pretty little San Joan with supermarket, bar and gorgeous little restaurant was so quickly accessed, 5 minutes down the road. And clubs like Aura, rustic restaurants like Paloma, the village of St Miguel, and even the east side of the island around San Carles is no more than a 15 minute drive away.

The villa had a lovely feel and flow - kitchen and sitting room worked well to open you straight out through the huge sliding doors to the covered area, table, views, and pool, effortlessly. The table tennis table shaded behind the house was another area to wander off to and kept the kids entertained for hours, when not in the pool.

It was very quiet in the day and the evening, with no house overlooking and no one else in view or earshot. Really remote on its hillside. Lovely sunsets.

The villa inside was extremely comfortable and Andrea has done a great job, very simply but stylishly, of making it feel contemporary, relaxed and charming. Aircon was beautifully cooling when needed; all amenities worked perfectly; beds very comfortable and bedrooms both really spacious; showers and water all fab.

It really was idyllic and there was nothing disappointing or to detract from the expectations being realised.

Not usually so contented - we will definitely return next year.

perfect holiday

This place is perfect for a relaxing get away. The villa is modern, clean has a good size pool with amazing views. There are a number of great beaches, and restaurants on your door step. The only probalem is the villa is so nice we found it hard to leave!

Lovely villa with great views ...

The villa is tucked away in hills near the village of Sant Joan de Labritja and has lovely views out to sea. It’s quite spacious with two good size bedrooms one of which has an ensuite bathroom, a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room with floor to ceiling windows which lead on to a large covered area. All the rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen has all the essentials but could do with one or two more cupboards for guest provisions.

Outside there is a large terrace which is partly planted out with flowers, whilst the rest is paved. There’s a good size pool and good quality sunbeds. The pool becomes deep very quickly so children who can’t swim would need to be supervised.

The villa is about a ten minute drive or 30 minute walk from Sant Joan where you can buy fresh croissants, bread and essentials. Larger supermarkets can be found elsewhere on the island such as Santa Eularia. Sant Joan has one or two places to eat including a vegetarian café and the Giri Café which is worth a visit. The village also has festivals throughout the year, so do check to see if anything is happening whilst you are there.

We drove all over the island, and nowhere is more than around 30 minutes away but coming back to the villa was always a delight because it’s so quiet and peaceful. There are several nice beaches a short drive away including Portinatx and Cala Xarraca. You are also close to the ‘sunset’ beach of Benirras, but nothing beats sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine watching your very own private sunset!

Great winter break!!!

My girlfriend found Can Pep Marquet on the holiday rentals website.

We really wanted a break from it all and to enjoy some good weather and we weren’t disappointed!!

The villa is a delightful two bedroom house with fantastic sea views over the rolling hills of San Juan .

On arrival we received a useful welcome pack and were checked in by a very helpful well informed representative. She pointed us in the right direction for some nice restaurants and some fun daytime excursions.

We enjoyed walking to the unspoilt village of San Juan and were able to stock up on everything...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to all our friends....

what a brilliant stay !!!!!!

We always stayed in hotels and thought this time we book a villa instead. What a great decision.

We really enjoyed ourselves, in particular the children, who thought this was a great adventure. The house has spacious

bedrooms, comfortable beds and is well looked after. The outside terrace is really big too. Actually, it was not easy to find a detached 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house with such a seaview. Most detached houses were not in our price range, were too big or did not have this seaview.

Waking up in the morning was such a treat. What an amazing seaview.

Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool, which we expected. Much too cold in february.

Instead we did a lot of walking and exploring and collected lot's of shells in the near by beaches. All in all a wonderful short

break. We definately will be back in the summer. Can't wait to jump into this pool.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem schönen Häuschen verbracht.

Es ist perfekt für 4 Personen, schön und modern eingerichtet mit einem traumhaften Meerblick, Sonnenuntergänge inklusive in absolut ruhiger und idyllischer Lage. Mit dem netten Service waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt war im Vorfeld durch den zuverlässigen und herzlichen Kontakt mit Andrea sehr gut vorbereitet - auch mit dem Checkout durch eine Flugzeiten-Änderung kam sie uns sehr entgegen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher = ) !
