Good property

Location at 7 minutes walk from Denfert Rochereau metro/RER is very convenient. Modern premises, well equipped (except washing machine which was not working), good WiFi, good furniture. Communication was very good at check-in and a bit less so at checkout. Some finishing touches (adequate supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, eau de javel) would make this place excellent. Required deposit of EUR 600 is on the high side. But overall, i can only recommend this place!

Excellent apartement

Apartment is well furnished clean and in an excellent location. Metro and bus nearby. Quiet apartment with elevator. Spacious and well maintained. Host is always available and very helpful. Will not hesitate to rebook

Spacious, comfortable flat, as advertised

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this flat. We stayed for 11 nights. It was as advertised, spacious and very comfortable, had all the amenities we expected. One big plus, is the second toilet. It was very well located, close to two metro stations, one of which also was RER station. Super convenient to get to anywhere in Paris very quickly. Even to outside of Paris, such as Disneyland. The host gave clear instructions for checking in. Someone met us at the building to let us in, showed us around, and gave us two sets of keys. It was nice to have an extra set of keys. i highly recommend this flat.
