Apartment 2 Bedroom for 5 people near Palma.

LUX PORTITXOL is a nice, cosy Apartment of 90 sq. mts next to the beach and in a luxurious, modern area near Palma.

The location is great: only 10 min. from Palma Airport, 5 min. from Palma centre and a Bus Stop only 50 metres from the house.

The building LUX PORTITXOL has only one floor where there are five Apartments. It has two double bedroom, bathroom with bath / shower, kitchen / living-room with sofa bed for 2 people, some balconies with sea view and spacious private terrace of 35 sq. metres on the roof with table, chairs, hammocks, BBQ and sea views.

The building has a private entrance from the street with a key and has Air-Conditioning warm and cold, Satellite TV, Internet access, Safe Box and all basic kitchen accessories and laundry. Bed linen and towels.

The communication of the house to any point of the Island by bus / train is very convenient, easy, frequent and cheap.

You don´t need a car during your stay. We will help you discover the magic of Portitxol.

Rent as a Temporary Residential Rental Agreement according to LAU 29/1994 art. 3.2. this is not a tourist product. No tourist services offered.

Great location

We've stayed in Miquel's apartments several times now and we're always delighted with the location, cleanliness of the apartments and the facilities available.

On the odd occasion something minor has gone wrong Miquel has personally resolved things in record time.

Great apartments in an excellent location in Portixol.

We're already booked up for two more trips this year!

Lovely bright apartment

We've stayed in this property and other apartments which Miquel owns and we're always delighted with the location, the cleanliness of the apartments and the continuous improvements Miquel makes (for example, recent complete refurbishment of the bathrooms).

Lux portixol has a great corner location and a nice "open-plan" feel and is just a few seconds walk from the beach.

Lovely place to spend Xmas & New Year

This is our second visit to this lovely apartment this year.

We stayed 3 weeks in all including Christmas and New year and really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is bright & light plus cosy on a cooler night.

Miquel is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

We also really enjoyed staying in Portixol in the Winter time - most of the little bars & restaurants still have long opening hours, patio heaters outside and warm interiors.

The local EMT bus service is also excellent - we traveled various places in the wider Palma area always for just a Euro and there's an iPhone app to tell you when the next bus is due!

Great apartment in a perfect, quiet spot

Our immediate impression of the apartment was a lovely bright space.

Everything is kept very clean and all the facilities you could need on a holiday break are provided.

We love the relaxed feel of the Portixol area and to be lucky enough to be "living there" (if only for a week) was fantastic.

Miquel is a great host and made us feel very welcome.

We're already booked up for a return visit later this year!

Totally perfect for families

Nothing but good things to say about this apartment, it's owner and our stay in portixol. Stayed in April with two small children aged 2 and 4. The apartment is completely family friendly, including even bed guards and plastic crockery. We were greeted with chocolates and wine, which was a great touch. Strong wifi signal, much appreciated. Everything spotlessly clean with brilliantly equipped kitchen. Washing machine, laundry room a bonus, as was clothes maiden on roof where our clothes dried in the beautiful sunshine. Roof terrace is total sun trap with table, loungers; enjoyed two BBQs with our friends and family. Lovely little Beach is only 2 mins walk away. We met there every morning and got our discounted takeaway coffee from Cafe Enco. Loved this place- will definitely return! Thank you Miquel.

A real gem

We spent a wonderful week in Miquel's apartment in Portixol. The apartment is extremely clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect with easy access to the sea, the supermarket, good local restaurants and the bus stop.

There is an easy coastal walk into Palma but if you are feeling lazy the No. 15 bus is frequent and takes you to the Cathedral via the train station and the shops.

Miquel's hospitality and generosity makes staying in the apartment an absolute pleasure.

We hope to return in the not too distant future.

A beautiful and modern Apartment with sea views, located in the upmarket area of Portitxol.

It´s a quiet Apartment, 90 metres from the beach and the promenade. The Walk connects Palma de Mallorca to Playa de Palma along 15 miles where each day many people enjoy strolling along.

A few metres away, you can sunbathe and swim at the beach walk, jog, cycle or just sit at one of the wonderful cafes watching the sea life and eating in different restaurants in the area.

Palma, the capital of the Island, is situated only 1 mile from the house. The second oldest gothic Cathedral in the world, the Bellver Castle and the Old Town are a must a few minutes from home.

The Bus Stop is 50 metres away. Only 10 min. by car or bus is the famous Playa de Palma -3 miles of sandy beach- with its wide range of pubs, night clubs and discos.
