Apartment with 1 Bedroom for 2/4 people near Palma.

MAR PORTITXOL is a nice, cosy Apartment of 40 sq. mts next to the beach and in a luxurious, modern area near Palma.

The location is great: only 10 min. from Palma Airport, 5 min. from Palma centre and a Bus Stop only 50 metres from the house.

The building MAR PORTITXOL has only one floor where there are five Apartments. It has one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen / living-room with sofa bed for 2 people.

The building has a private entrance from the street with a key and has Air-Conditioning cold and heat, Satellite TV, Internet access, WiFi, Safe Box and all basic kitchen accessories and laundry. Bed linen and towels.

The communication of the house to any point of the Island by bus / train is very convenient, easy, frequent and cheap.

You don´t need a car during your stay. We will help you discover the magic of Portitxol.

Rent as a Temporary Residential Rental Agreement according to LAU 29/1994 art. 3.2. this is not a tourist product. No tourist services offered.

Even better than we hoped

We knew the location was very nice, because we stayed near Portixol before. The apartment was better than expected. Very clean, new and well equipped. It is also good for the holliday mood that the owner is very helpfull and friendly! All the ingredients for a relaxing and nice vacation were available to us, and the three of us (baby of 7 months) enjoyed every minute of our two week stay.

The Apartment is quiet,clean,nicely furbished,very confortable and perfectly located.

Supermarket,restaurants and bus stop are very close.

And ideal apartment for only 2 or 3 people. Renée

Zentral gelegen, sehr sauber

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr sauber. Wir haben für 1 Woche reichlich Handtücher vorgefunden. Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle und auch Parkplätze (vor dem Supermarkt) sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Der Vermieter (Miquel) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich gebe einen Stern Abzug, weil es in der Nachbarschaft öfters mal lautstarke Musik gab.

A beautiful and modern Apartment, located in the upmarket area of Portitxol.

It´s a quiet Apartment, 50 metres from the beach and the promenade. The Walk connects Palma de Mallorca to Playa de Palma along 15 miles where each day many people enjoy strolling along.

A few metres away, you can sunbathe and swim at the beach walk, jog, cycle or just sit at one of the wonderful cafes watching the sea life and eating in different restaurants in the area.

Palma, the capital of the Island, is situated only 1 mile from the house. The second oldest gothic Cathedral in the world, the Bellver Castle and the Old Town are a must a few minutes from home.

The Bus Stop is 50 metres away. Only 10 min. by car or bus is the famous Playa de Palma -3 miles of sandy beach- with its wide range of pubs, night clubs and discos.
