“Villa la Gitanilla” is a beautiful villa located close to the beach, and all kind of facilities to make the perfect holiday. The Villa is rustic with fireplaces, covered terraces and with an outdoor barbeque area with a nice bar. The garden is full of flowers and palms; a perfect place for the children to play. All rooms are furnitured with beds in nice conditions, in the kitchen there is all your need for 12 persons.

The pool is filled with salt water. Salt water is very gentle to your skin, eyes, and hair. The pool is 100% automaticly driven so the pH is always at the right level. When you or your children spend many hours in the pool every day, it makes a big difference that we use salt water instead of the normal chlorine pools.

If your want a typically Spanish villa, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, with a garden and a pool, then “Villa la Gitanilla” is the right choice. We offer wireless internet acces. www.gitanilla.dk

Terms and Conditions of Holiday Booking.: 1.Your booking will be confirmed once your 50% deposit and signed booking form have been received. Please note- the accommodation is recommended for a maximum of 12 persons. There would be room for 2 babies in a travel cot in addition to this. Accommodation is only for the dates stated.

2. Payment of Balance due must be received 8 weeks before the date of arrival.

3. Late bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival- the full amount payable

will be due, and must be sent with the completed, signed booking form.

4. Cancellations: If you cancel after the deposit has been paid- the deposit will

be non returnable, except where we are able to re-book for the same period, in which case, the deposit will be refunded less a re-booking charge of € 300.

5. Insurance: guests are advised to have adequate medical and travel

insurance. A Form E111 is also recommended (from your local Post Office)

around the pool, and in the garden, and we cannot accept responsibility

for any accidents which may happen.

7. Circumstances beyond our control: we cannot accept liability for

changes, delays or cancellations due to any circumstances beyond our

control, such as transport breakdown, strikes, Acts of God, floods,

fire, terrorist activity, bad weather, etc.

La Gitanilla is in an established mature generally peaceful area

of Torrequebrada, but we cannot take responsibility for unknown building

work in the vicinity.

- continued: 8. Holding deposit:

A deposit of € 300 will be required as a Holding Deposit

against any serious damage incurred by yourselves.

This is to be paid with the balance 10 days before arrival. The deposit will

be transferred back, in full - less any deductions for damage incurred.

The transfer will be to your bank account not later than 3 weeks after you

departure.

I bought this villa because I love the typical Spanish rustic style. We wanted to live in a safe, quiet, established neighborhood. it was also very important for me and my family that is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and most importantly to the beach.

Excellent holiday

The villa was lovely and clean and on arrival we were shown where everything is and told about the area. Our 2 families had the best holiday ever. The added bonus of children's toys and games was great. All rooms were very spacious and rooms that didn't have air conditioning had fans. The kitchen was fully equipped to cater for large parties and the bar area was great. There is a separate 1 bedroomed flat attached to the house. Security at the villa is excellent. Pubs and shops are within 10 minute walking distance but it is a bit of a hilly walk back to the villa. The marina is an excellent place to visit but is about a 45 minute walk or 10€ in a taxi. I would have no hesitation recommending this villa and hope to return again

LOVELY TRADITIONAL VILLA ON HILL TOP

Would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely traditional villa on hill top. The villa was very nice and tidy with a fantastic swimming pool and sunbathing area, the BBQ area was great too with a lovely covered seating area to the rear of the property where we spent a lot of time during the evening!.

Would recommend this to family's with young children as it has high walls all around the property (so children cant escape!!). The villa is situated on top of a hill with sea views from front of property, if you do not like hills then may be a good idea to hire a car (has a large drive way), was absolutely fine for us as we do a lot of walking anyway! if you walk down to the bottom of the hill and onto the beach are a couple of very good restaurants. Overall very nice holiday enjoyed buy all , and villa was very good value for money!!! , we will be booking up again!

Lisbeths 60 års fødselsdag i Gitanilla

Kære Hans Kurt

Så er vi tilbage igen og vores ferie i "Gitanilla" er slut.

Alt i alt har vi haft en dejlig uge i din villa hvor vi havde god plads til 12 personer, 7 voksne og 5 børn, der repræsenterede 4 generationer.

Min mor på 82 år boede i lejligheden og hendes eneste klagepunkt var en stikkontakt der ikke virkede- ellers "kunne hun da godt bo der et par uger mere".

Vores to sønner og deres familier boede i stueetagen og der var fin plads til dem der. dog var de ikke så begejstrede for at sove på sovesofaen i biblioteket, men det er man vist aldrig rigtig glad for - en seng er meget bedre at ligge i så det er ikke kun i din villa det er sådan.

Vi var ikke så begejstrede for møblerne i stuen - de er store og ser meget hyggelige ud, men vi syntes ikke de var så komfortable at være i.

Ude i patioen kan jeg sagtens forestille mig man opholder sig hele tiden i sommertiden - der er da pragtfuldt. da vi var der var det for køligt til at sidde der bortset fra midt på dagen og en enkelt aften hvor vi fik prøvet din nye pizza ovn en dejlig aften hvor vi desværre havde det lille uheld jeg har talt med dit servicefirma om.

Jeg ved ikke hvad man kan gøre for at de store møbler kan fremstå mere indbydende - de var meget støvede i puder og hynder og bagefter ærgrer det mig lidt jeg ikke bare fik vasket betrækkene - det havde nok gjort en stor forskel.

Vi oplevede at dine el-artikler fremstår lidt slidte - opvaskemaskinen fik vi kun til at virke godt på glasprogrammet og vaskemaskinen har lidt problem med balancen når den centrifugerer. Kaffemaskinen er slidt ved filterholderen og den er meget længe om at lave kaffe.

Oppe på 1- salen hvor vi havde taget ophold, var vi helt fortabte i din udsigt - både når det var lyst og om aftenen - det er nærmest "formidabelt" - det blev vi aldrig trætte af.

Igen - alt i alt en dejlig villa som vi havde meget glæde af i sidste uge.

A week with eight friends

For eight persons we had beds enough. One bedroom was big two were comfortable, one very small, one only with a bedsofa.

The studio beside the garage was not to use. The smell was so bad,

The pool and the garden were nice, the seaview beautiful.

We travelled to the nearby towns and villages easily. A very nice weel at the Villa Gitanella.

Week Long Anniversary Party

Just back from a fantastic week with our 4 Children, their partners and grandson to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We needed the space this villa provides and it proved every bit as good as we hoped.The space was perfect for being able to be together and for everyone to do their own thing. There was more than enough plates etc. and the dishwasher was a godsend! The area was great to explore and the swimming pool was the best part, especially as the supermarket was at the bottom of the hill. The management company was friendly and accommodating and helped out with the airport transfers with a door to door service.

All in all the best family holiday we have ever had.

Nice vacation

I stayed one week at Villa Gitanilla together with my family and my boyfriend. My boyfriend and I stayed in the apartment next to the garrage. The rooms were clean and well-maintained and the apartment was no disapointment. It was seperated from the house in a way that that made it private and noise free, but still close enough to the family and fun.

We stayed most days at the pool, but we also walked to the beach and also enjoyed luch at the cafe at the beach. Also, we recommend La Cala, the other restaurant down at the beach.

The area surounding Villa Gitanilla offers many fun attractions and we especially enjoyed our night at Puerto Marina. At place which offers many cosy shops, a ton of restaurants and clubs with quiet, outdoor seatings - Perfect for a drink in the company of family or friends.

At the end of our stay we felt relaxed and renewed and we would not say no to return. All in all it was a great vacation. And I have to say - It is your own fault if do not like your stay in this area. There is a big collections of folders in the house offering plenty of activities.

The house is located close to the beach, and therefore there is walking distance to restaurants and bars. 450 meters from the house there is a 5 stars hotel with restaurant, bars, and casino. On the beach 450 meters from the house there is a very nice bar/restaurant direct on the beach. In the distance of 500 meters there is 5-6 bars or restaurants. 400 meters from the house there is a luxury supermarket, where you can get the best of all Spanish specialities, but also all kind of food or drink needed for the perfect holiday.

Golf: Golf Torrequebrada

Torrequebrada golf course is one of the nicest golf course in Costa del Sol. the distance till the luxury clubhouse is 3 km.

Ski: Skiing

In winter there is only 2 hours drive to Sierra Nevada, a very nice ski resorts in the mountains of Granada
