Fantastic ocean views and only 500 meters walk to a lovely beach. Wi-Fi Internet

“Villa la Gitanilla” is a beautiful villa located close to the beach, and all kind of facilities to make the perfect holiday. The Villa is rustic with fireplaces, covered terraces and with an outdoor barbeque area with a nice bar. The garden is full of flowers and palms; a perfect place for the children to play. All rooms are furnitured with beds in nice conditions, in the kitchen there is all your need for 12 persons.

The pool is filled with salt water. Salt water is very gentle to your skin, eyes, and hair. The pool is 100% automaticly driven so the pH is always at the right level. When you or your children spend many hours in the pool every day, it makes a big difference that we use salt water instead of the normal chlorine pools.

If your want a typically Spanish villa, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, with a garden and a pool, then “Villa la Gitanilla” is the right choice. We offer wireless internet acces. www.gitanilla.dk

Terms and Conditions of Holiday Booking.: 1.Your booking will be confirmed once your 50% deposit and signed booking form have been received. Please note- the accommodation is recommended for a maximum of 12 persons. There would be room for 2 babies in a travel cot in addition to this. Accommodation is only for the dates stated.

2. Payment of Balance due must be received 8 weeks before the date of arrival.

3. Late bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival- the full amount payable

will be due, and must be sent with the completed, signed booking form.

4. Cancellations: If you cancel after the deposit has been paid- the deposit will

be non returnable, except where we are able to re-book for the same period, in which case, the deposit will be refunded less a re-booking charge of € 300.

5. Insurance: guests are advised to have adequate medical and travel

insurance. A Form E111 is also recommended (from your local Post Office)

- continued: 6. Parents must assume responsibility for supervision of children in the house

around the pool, and in the garden, and we cannot accept responsibility

for any accidents which may happen.

7. Circumstances beyond our control: we cannot accept liability for

changes, delays or cancellations due to any circumstances beyond our

control, such as transport breakdown, strikes, Acts of God, floods,

fire, terrorist activity, bad weather, etc.

La Gitanilla is in an established mature generally peaceful area

of Torrequebrada, but we cannot take responsibility for unknown building

work in the vicinity.

- continued: 8. Holding deposit:

A deposit of € 300 will be required as a Holding Deposit

against any serious damage incurred by yourselves.

This is to be paid with the balance 10 days before arrival. The deposit will

be transferred back, in full - less any deductions for damage incurred.

The transfer will be to your bank account not later than 3 weeks after you

departure.

The house is located close to the beach, and therefore there is walking distance to restaurants and bars. 450 meters from the house there is a 5 stars hotel with restaurant, bars, and casino. On the beach 450 meters from the house there is a very nice bar/restaurant direct on the beach. In the distance of 500 meters there is 5-6 bars or restaurants. 400 meters from the house there is a luxury supermarket, where you can get the best of all Spanish specialities, but also all kind of food or drink needed for the perfect holiday.

Golf: Golf Torrequebrada

Torrequebrada golf course is one of the nicest golf course in Costa del Sol. the distance till the luxury clubhouse is 3 km.

Ski: Skiing

In winter there is only 2 hours drive to Sierra Nevada, a very nice ski resorts in the mountains of Granada

Notes:
The Pool is a saltwater pool, salt water is very nice for the skin and it is possible to swim without getting red eyes, since the pH in the pool is the same as the water inside the body.

Superb villa for larger parties. Space for fun times together or moments of time to yourself

2 Weeks of Brilliance.

6 Adults and 6 Children stayed at Gitanilla and we had the most relaxing time we could ever had wished for. Kids ages ranged from 8 to 15 and they never got bored with the pool and table tennis. Tivoli and the Aquapark are a 20 minute car drive away. The cable car to the top of the mountains is highly recommended and this is allocated across the road from Tivoli World which is a must to do at night time. (closes at 1am). The Haunted House is not for the faint hearted. Taxis cost around 10 - 15 Euros respectively. The Marina is a 1.55 Euro bus ride away takes about 10 minutes and the Beach is a 15 minute walk from the Villa. Good Supermarkets are Supercor and DIA. All within walking distance. DIA is cheaper and we bought some lovely meat from there. Supercor is slightly more expensive but has more choice. Both Supermarkets will call you a Taxi from the Checkout. The Villa is beautiful and surpassed itself. The pool is brilliant and there is plenty of sun beds for all. All the Appliances were top notch The fridge cooker etc. The BBQ area and the Bar was the focal point of the evenings. the outside dining area was lovely for us all to sit around during breakfast and lunches. WiFi is brilliant and kept the children in touch with the outside world. Clean and tidy on our arrival we would, no we will visit this Villa again. One more thing. You need a good management team to oversee any problems / queries you may have and the owner has this in bundles. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had. We had a lovely time and were heartbroken on departure.

Brilliant for families

Had a great stay with family.12 went kids loved the pool an table tennis.Theres few bars and restaurants within walking distance and only 6 Euro in taxi to the lively side.Overall brilliant place to stay

Dissapointing - owner cancelled last minute

We booked this apartment 7 months in advance of our stay, but were informed 3 weeks before we were due to fly (and after we had paid the full amount and damage deposit) that the owner had double booked. Our booking was cancelled and we were given a full refund within a couple of days, but we were left with 3 weeks to find a new place to stay.

We had a great stay at the Villa (spacious and luxurious)

We had a great stay at the Villa and will if we are going back to Costa del Sol definitely consider booking the villa again. The Villa was spacious and luxurious with great outdoor facilities such as the swimming pool where we enjoyed afternoon drinks and relaxation. During breakfast and dinner and evening relaxation we enjoyed sitting in the covered terrace area which could easily fit 12 people. Great spacious kitchen with all necessary appliances and good spacious bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. The villa has a great view to the ocean and are placed in a very quiet area. The only disadvantage with respect to location was that in the morning around 9 o'clock and in the afternoon around 5 o'clock parrents blocked the street while collecting their kids in the local school just around the corner. In general we were very content with the place and had a great vacation. Thank you.
