Beautiful, sunny, south facing apartment ideal for families, golfers, groups of friends and couples. Relax on the big sunny terrace, explore the local area, eat in great restaurants or enjoy time at the beautiful swimming pool or the beaches.

This lovely apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and doors leading directly to the stunning terrace. The apartment also has a lounge/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. From the living room, there are large patio doors onto the very spacious terrace with amazing views of the sea. The terrace has BBQ, table and chairs for dining, sun loungers and private Jacuzzi! There is also a beautiful communal swimming pool in lovely gardens with stunning views to the sea. The apartment also has private secure parking and a lift for easy access to the apartment. The entire block is only 4 floors. This apartment provides a great place to relax or to enjoy many of the facilities of Calahonda. There is a large choice of Golf courses very near. The town of Marbella is also approximately 15 minutes drive from the apartment and Calahonda is a perfect base from which to explore the Costa del Sol. It is only approximately 50 mins drive to Gibraltar and you are near to towns such as Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Estepona. There are fantastic beaches, complete with all water-sports. The area is perfect for a family holiday and because of the peaceful location of the apartment, it is also a wonderful, tranquil holiday base.

You can also visit the Selwo natural park, El Chorro lakes behind the hills of Malaga and even go skiing in the Sierra Nevada in under 2 hours drive! You can also visit Granda, Cordoba, Ronda and Seville.

Gorgeous apartment, but you need a car.

The apartment was definitely as good as advertised and whilst the Jacuzzi wasn't fully operational, it was well used throughout the week.

You really do need a car when you stay here or prepare for a good walk down to the seafront and a taxi ride back up the long hill. However, the apartment, the views and the secluded Jacuzzi were more than worth the inconvenience.

perfect appartement for our holiday

We absolutely loved the apartment, we had our one private parking, a marvelous view, a wel equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms with badrooms. large balcony and the kids loved the jacuzzi. The owners were very friendly , everything was exactly like we had hoped. Beautiful garden and swimming pool at the appartement . We defenitly would come again!

clean and tidy

We were met by Jose who couldn't have been more helpful in showing us everything we needed to know, and even escorted us to where we could park the car, which is essential as the apartment is quite a way from shops, and at the top of a hill where the scenery is lovely.

The apartment itself was well laid out and clean, and the jacuzzi is to die for, also very clean.

We have been several times to the area and have always enjoyed it, and just down the road is the lovely calla de mijas where the food is excellent. We had a lovely relaxing time, and were lucky with the weather for march.

Plus you have wi-fi so can keep in touch with all the british tv if you wanted to.

Fantastic Holiday

Beautiful clean and comfortable appartment. Jacuzzi was bliss. David and Linda were also so helpful as we got a bit lost arriving there. Enjoyed our holiday and the appartment pool and surroundings were lovely. Thanks again to David and Linda😁😁😁

Loved this apartment from arrival. It was spotlessly clean, well laid out, well equipped and, well, THAT jacuzzi!

It IS at the top of a lo-o-o-ong hill, so I would definately recommend a car ~ but for the non- driver, a taxi from the main strip to the apartment worked out at 7 euros, not bad for the length of the drive. We walked down the hill into the main town one day ~ approx 15 mins to the first facilities and 25 mins to the main strip. Loads of different places to eat, the beach is beautiful ~ and you get to come home to that glorious jacuzzi, sit back with a glass of something nice and relax in the sun.

The patio is large too, with a gas barbeque which we used one night to eat in, and a large dining set.

I've stayed in other properties belonging to these owners and would highly recommend ANY of their properties. They are most helpful with any queries and have taken the utmost care to provide the perfect basis for an excellent holiday.

Fantastic view.

We spend 14 lovely days in this nice and clean apartment on the top of Calahonda Costa del Sol.

We used the jacuzzi and made al fresco dinner on the grill and spend the warm evenings on the terrace.

We would recommend this apartment to everyone we know.

Enjoying fantastic weather, an amazing situation and beautiful restaurants, bars and cafes. Calahonda is well located to travel to Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda within a few hours drive. The city of Malaga is also beautiful with its historical old town and very glamorous Calle Larios with trendy shops and boutiques also the Picasso Musuem. The picturesque Mountain Village of Mijas with its famous donkey taxis is just 15 minutes drive. You can also easily visit the elegant suburbs of Puerto Banus and Marbella and travel further on to Gibraltar. You can also visit Morroco. North Africa. Calahonda is located between the Mountains and the sea. The centre of Calahonda has hundred of bars, cafes and restaurants. There are many international restaurants. There is a wide selection of shops. You can visit Tivoli World, the children's theme park which is situated in Arroyo de la Miel. Fuengirola Zoo is nearby and the marine wildlife park. Located a couple of kilometres along the road is Puerto Cabopino, which has the reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque port on the Costa del Sol and is a popular venue for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal before taking a walk along its sandy beaches. Some of the Coasts most popular restaurants, such as Alberts and Giuseppes Pizzeria, are located here. Close by are the natural sand dunes at Cabopino, if you are looking for a beach resort with more facilities, then head in either direction, left or right and you will come to one of the popular destinations of Fuengirola (to the left) and Marbella (to the right), where you have great beaches and leisure facilities galore. There is a large choice of Golf Courses in the Calahonda area. Calahonda enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable; temperatures average 32 ºC during the summer.
