Park planted with trees and flowers and original villa, 2 pools + paddling pool, mini market, restaurant, bar, tennis, a children's playground. Large flat screen television 107cm, DVD player, radio, high speed internet and more than 170 television channels (optional), bathroom, shower room. Separate toilets – very calm, triple oriented, isolated from the pool, elevator, large terrace without neighbours - fully equipped with vacuum cleaner, iron and an ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and tumble drier in the building. - 2 Closed bedrooms (double bed and 2 twin beds) - 800 m from the beaches and the Croisette. Bus: 200 m.

The largest, and one of the most appealing double-oriented and well ventilated flats (ideal location in the gable of the building) of the Pierre et Vacances residence located in a magnificent hundred-year-old park.

Excellent - great family holiday

We had a great family holiday. The owner, Pascale, was very organised, attentive and professional. The drive was an easy 40 minutes from Nice airport. 15 minute walk to the beach although it is a steep walk back, 30 minute walk to the Croisette. The apartment was clean and tidy. Nothing spectacular but everything we needed (although no oven). We were a family of 6, there is one double room, one room with two single beds and two kids slept on converted couches in the lunge. The mattress was comfortable in the master bedroom. The pool in the complex was clean and beautiful and no problem getting sun loungers. I imagine however it is busier in July and August. You should rent a car if you stay here. The complex has a restaurant and a small supermarket which are not expensive. we would definitely return.

Simple apartment with wonderful views

We have just had a great week here at the Pierre et Vacances Villa Francia in Cannes. The apartment is simple but has all that you need and we were a party of 6 so we filled all the space. The views of the Mediterranean from the balcony are wonderful and the pool is lovely and also has great views. We could walk into Cannes (about 20 minutes) along the seafront and there is so much to do and see in this area and all within easy access. The owner is very friendly and helpful and speaks very good English (perfect for us non-French speaking Brits).

Très bon séjour.

L appartement que nous avions loué était conforme à notre réservation . Appartement agréable avec une vue Magnifique sur la baie de Cannes. Lumineux, spacieux et très bien équipé. Dans la résidence belle piscine à débordement avec une vue splendide sur la mer. La résidence est située sur les hauteurs de Cannes la Bocca, située à 20 minutes du centre de Cannes pour les marcheurs, en bordure de mer. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Accueil très chaleureux et petite attention de bienvenue. Nous recommandons cette location. A très vite.

Super appartement et accueil chaleureux

Notre séjour a été des plus agréable dans cet appartement dans lequel rien ne manque pour passer de bonnes vacances (de l'équipement de la cuisine et autres pièces aux guides touristiques). Tout y est.

Quel plaisir de prendre en cette saison le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner sur la terrasse innondée de soleil avec cette vue de rêve. Même de l'intérieur, la vue est tout à fait incroyable....

appartement simplement confortable. Nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de d'eau avec la séparation des WC.

La résidence est située dans un secteur très calme et résidentiel, et sa situation géographique permet d'être au centre ville très facilement ainsi qu'au bord de mer

Nous recommandons et y retournerons très certainement, d'autant que l'accueil de Pascale est des plus sympathiques et chaleureux. Elle nous a donné toutes les informations que nous souhaitions à notre arrivée avec le sourire.

3 Bedroom apartment with magnificent panoramic view of the sea in Croix des Gardes neighbourhood with open parking.

The largest in the Pierre et Vacances apartment building (in a magnificent wooded and flowery park, the owner's renovated original villa) with 51 sq.m single storey + 12 sq.m (the other apartments of this kind are generally of 38 sq.m). Its emplacement in the gable end of a small building, le Gauguin, offers 3 different aspects and peace that the other apartments around the pool lack. Furthermore, unlike in most of the 3 bedroom apartments, the second bedroom is not equipped with 2 bunk beds, but with 2 twin beds in a bedroom with a window.

The kitchen is lit up by a small window and it never gets too hot in the apartment, as it is double-oriented, which allows for perfect air circulation.

The large master bedroom has 2 windows opposite to each other. Shower room with washbasin, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier in the building.

Cot and high chair.

Unlimited internet in the apartment.

Weekly rates: from € 350 to € 1700/week. Digressive rates for longer stays. Many optional services.
