We look forward to welcoming you to London! The flat is a large, well located, 2 bedroom flat (sleeping up to 4 people) - perfect for families or a group of friends visiting London.
With two Tube stations less than ten minutes walk away (St John’s Wood and Maida Vale for the Jubilee and Bakerloo lines respectively), this is the perfect place to explore all London has to offer.
Living and Eating
The living area is spacious and light with plenty of comfortable seating (two sofas) plus a dining table. A flat-screen TV with Freeview is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.
The dining table has seating for up to six guests, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a sociable and relaxed evening in.
The kitchen is well equipped, including a cafetiere, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, and hobs.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
First bedroom: a good sized bedroom with a queen-sized double bed and lots of hanging space in the wardrobe. There is also a chest of drawers.
Second bedroom: a good sized bedroom with a queen-sized double bed and lots of hanging space in the fitted cupboards.
There is one bathroom in the flat, with a toilet, sink, bath, and over-bath shower.
A hairdryer is provided.
There is WiFi throughout the whole flat.

St John's Wood is a leafy residential district, just north of the famous Regent's Park. A few minutes walk down the road, you can find Abbey Road Recording Studios (where the famous album by the Beatles was recorded!). You are also not far from London Zoo; it's a half hour walk, mostly through the elegant Regent's Park.
The flat is 5 minutes’ walk to St John’s Wood (Jubilee line) Tube station and 10 minutes’ walk to Maida Vale (Bakerloo line) Tube station.
On the Jubilee line you can catch direct trains to stations such as Westminster (for Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament) and Bond St (for shopping on Oxford St).
On the Bakerloo line, Maida Vale is just two stops from Paddington. From here you can catch mainline trains to Oxford and Bath.
The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!
There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
• Maximum group size: 4
• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties
• No candles
• Dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Keep the property clean and tidy
• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee
**Please also note the check in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check ins between 10pm and 12am, and £40 for check ins past midnight Any questions or queries regarding the above - don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help!
***The check-out time is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm this. There is a fee associated with a late check-out but we only charge £35 for you to use the property until 3 pm and after that, you will have to purchase an extra nights stay.
