This lakefront Groveland vacation home has a gourmet kitchen, private dock, and a shared seasonal pool and tennis courts! With space for up to 10 guests (and even welcoming your dogs), it's the perfect place for your next getaway.

Located in a gated community on the shores of Pine Mountain Lake, the home is just two miles away from Groveland's shops and restaurants. If you're here to visit Yosemite, it's just 26 miles to the east.

Light a fire in the fireplace and watch a DVD, connect to the WiFi, or check out what's on cable. There's a game room with foosball and a pool table, and a great sound system. The party's chef will love the gourmet kitchen, with its granite countertops, wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, coffeemaker, and dishwasher.

On nice days, use the grill on the deck to prepare freshly caught fish from the lake. Enjoy jumping off the private dock into the cool water to beat the heat in the summer.

There are four bedrooms, which provide space for up to 10 lucky guests. For a small nightly fee, that can even include the family dogs! There are two bedrooms on the main level with queen beds. The master suite, with a king bed and private bathroom, is upstairs. The final bedroom is on the bottom floor and has a king bed and a twin bunk bed.

If you want to swim laps, head to the community pool for an energizing swim. There are also shared tennis courts, if you're feeling like a game. Head to the equestrian center for some horseback riding, or go rock climbing in Yosemite National Park. Bring your cameras and see why the area's beauty has inspired so many artists. Go on hikes, or head back to Groveland for a game of golf. Winter travelers will love having access to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort is 54 miles to the north, and Black Oak Casino, just a 27-mile drive, provides indoor gaming activities all year long.

Good house for large group

We spent a couple of nights at the house. It has a fabulous location, is spacious and the private little dock is awesome for swimming and fishing off of. Mainly, the negatives are around the dated nature of the bedrooms and bathrooms which really detract from the otherwise attractiveness of the house. When you add in the fees to the rental, it was over $800/night and for that I expected a little bit nicer (not so 70's). We still had a good time. I think it just depends on what you are looking for. If it were to be updated would definitely rent it again.

Owner's Response: All of our homes will be receiving a thorough deep cleaning after the busy summer season. In the meantime, we do have housekeeping coming between each reservation to do a complete clean of the home. Thank you!

50% cost increase?

We tried to re-book this home while we were there and the price went up almost $2000!!! I even called the main office in Portland to make sure there had not been some sort of mistake. We have loved staying there and the house is perfect for our family, but there is no way we can justify paying such an increase. We regret that we will be looking for other places that are more in keeping with the going rates at PML.

Stay every year at PML

Needs some T.LC. to be worth the money. It is worn out in many areas but has some up grades. I would only stay again if the items I listed in the

SURVEY REQUEST FROM VACASA were addressed. We all have our own expectations so this is just one renters opinion.

Gorgeous Lake Property!

This property was beautifully situated on the lake. The interior was beautifully updated. Although the exterior could use a little attention. Regardless, we really enjoyed this house and the lake!! Located close to Yosemite too!
