The cottage is 3 minutes walk from a Tesco supermarket and 8 minutes walk to the railway station. It is an 8 minute walk to the historic centre of Ludlow, but the renowned independant shops, start just within 2 minutes of the property. One of the best restaruants in Ludlow Mortimers is a 3 minute walk away.
Ludlow has markets most days in the market square, which is next to the wonderful Ludlow Castle and close to its superb 15th century church. Ludlow is famous for its architecture, which reflects the changing styles of the past 400 years. There are a variety of good places to eat and Ludlow is well-known for its food and local produce. The surrounding countryside is noted for its variety of landscapes and opportunities for walking.
