Beautiful open quiet waterfront location directly on the Gulf of Mexico at MM 53.5. This spacious 1400 sq. ft. unit includes 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, 1 Half Bath. Newley remodeled with wood plank tile floors and quartz counter tops. 42" flat screen T.V. in living room. King size bed in Master Bedroom, 2 Queens in Second bedroom. Wrap around balconies on both levels with spectacular views of the Gulf and colorful sunsets in the evening . The lower balcony has seating area for 6 and is a great place for relaxing and dining. Heated pool is just steps away, as well as a new 8 boat dock with easy access to the Gulf and ocean. You can fish right off the dock. There is covered parking underneath the unit for 2 cars or 1 car and a boat trailer. Public beaches are nearby and several close-by restaurants (a few within walking distance) for your dining pleasure.

About Jim and Amy Black

My wife and I are local Floridians living in Jupiter, FL. We've been enjoying the Keys since we were teenagers and, in fact, met in Islamorada in the late 1980's. Loving the Keys as much as we do, we decided to buy a vacation home to enjoy and share with others.

We are excited to have bought this unit because of the tremendous rental history it has with it's prior owner. We were amazed at the positive comments and referrals listed on the original VRBO listing and will be working hard to continue the excellent travel experience.

This is a beautiful and very unique vacation property, offering spectacular waterfront views, dockage for your boat, swimming pool, and the privacy of a small complex of 20 condominiums (4 units per building). Being centrally located in the Keys, Marathon offers the convenience of being close to a vast array of restaurants, sightseeing adventures, Sombrero Beach, diving, snorkeling, boating and some of the best fishing in the Keys. Local attractions such as the Dolphin Research Center, The Turtle Hospital, Crane Point and the historic Pigeon Key are close-by. Our condo is just north of the famous 7-Mile Bridge and Key West is a scenic 1-hour drive away through some of the most beautiful tropical islands.

An oasis by the sea!!!

We loved the condo! Such a fun place to sit and watch the busy boat action. Saw rays, turtles and even dolphins! A manatee came to visit at the dock one day. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock so thanks for having fishing poles to use. We met several families and couples at the pool and shared our adventures! One day we took a kayak tour through the mangroves with Aqua Adventures. Saw sharks, rays and turtles in the grass flats.

The condo was warm and welcoming and had all the amenities we needed. We were greeted by Lorraine who gave us lots of ideas of places to eat! We did go to Sparkies (cheap happy hour drinks, wings and shrimp) and Key Colony Inn where we tried stone crab.

Exceptional!

We loved our stay. The views are amazing! The fishing is fantastic right from the dock! The remodeled condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. The moment we walked in we felt at home. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, and pretty much anything we needed for entertaining and to make our stay comfortable. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are very comfortable. The area is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here. I know we will be coming back!

Paradise on the Gulf

What a wonderful place! The views are spectacular, the condo was very comfortable with all the amenities, the location very convenient to all the Keys has to offer. Joe and Amy were very responsive and quick to handle the issue of the AC going out. In spite of several breezy days hampering our boat outings, were we able to enjoy fishing off the community dock. We will definitely return to Gulfpointe in Marathon!

Amazing

What an incredible stay at the Conch House, everything was perfect. Jim and Amy were great to work with, very reponsive. Everything you need is supplied in this beautifully appointed condo and what can you say about the view, fabulous. You can watch the sunsets from the deck at night and watch the fishing boats go out in the morning. We had a perfect week and we will be back🌴?🌞?🐠?

Great location with a wonderful view

We loved the condo , its a very comfortable quiet place to watch the boats and the birds . We will stay there again if we can. Its a pleasant drive into Key west for a day trip and the fishing was super fun out on a charter.

Great location and views

The condo is well located, beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture. Views are spectacular. There are good restaurants and shops nearby and we particularly enjoyed dining at The Island Fish Company which is only a short walk away. Lorraine, who welcomes guests, was extremely helpful and friendly. As Brits, we would have liked a kettle and teapot plus a safe and clothes airer.
