Nice location, flat ok
We are a couple living and work in London and had the flat for two weeks as a temporary place to stay in between getting a more permanent one. The check-in worked well, but as a minor detail the person who met us didn't know that much about the place and asked to contact HomeAway support for some additiona details. We also only received one set of keys, and eventually did not get a second set despite additional requests, which caused us some issues with coordinating the door openings. You might want to take this into account especially if staying with a bigger group.
The flat itself is ok, kitchen quite well equipped, and larger bedroom quiet at nights. The kitchen and hallway don't have heating and can get rather cool on cold weather, as the insulation is not too great. However, this seems to be a typical characteristic of the older apartments in London. We didn't manage to get warm water out of water taps, with the exception of shower which has a separate heater. Some door hinges creak a bit annoyingly, which might be fixable with little effort.
As a summary, we kind of expected a bit better for the pictures online and price, but in any case no major issues and the flat was in general all right for a short time stay.
