BEAUTIFUL apartment crossing, 2ch., Ds enchanting guaranteed sunshine

GUARANTEED SUNSHINE throughout the day, always with the possibility of a dark corner.

Lovely TEMPERATURES The most viable Europe and even breathable open July and August. In winter afternoon, official temperatures rarely drop below 16 ° C. They are mostly to 20 ° with an enviable sunshine.

- Master bedroom with private bath and two closets cabinets.

- Bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, small terrace overlooking one of 14m2

- 2nd bathroom

The 3rd bedroom is reserved for private use as well as arrmoire the hall and one of the main bedroom.

The terrace, tempered by tropical vegetation, provided some privacy. She raised 5m from the road and one meter in relation to the pool. It offers two direct views of the sea. The view of the Rock of Gibraltar is taken from the terrace.

Veranda Porch of 23m2, sunny. The glass panels are folded from May 26 to October 23, 2015 and June 3 to October 21, 2016.

We guarantee that you will not hear any noise from the Autovia, inside the apartment, on the terrace or by the pool; the building achieving a perfect insulation in this area.

GARAGE in the basement; Double room, first left on entering. The use of the elevator requires inserting the key.

The residence offers an indoor swimming pool (heated from mid-October to mid-June ~ 29 °) with jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room

The complex is secured with 3 inputs digicodes whose main Concierge from 10 to 20h and from 22 to 8 am security guard.

Between the two north entries found an Indian restaurant, a hairdresser / beauty cabinet, a tea-room coffee-bread (Deli-Bermeja), a taxi station; galore and free parking spaces at the building

Personally we go every morning to the bakery in the neighboring village of Cancelada.

The bakery-pastry GRANIER the center of Estepona is refined and so cheap (3 almond croissants, chocolate ... for € 1.5 !!!)

BEACHES:

The beach is gained by a pretty long footpath 100m; off the Rock of Gibraltar and the Moroccan coast. The immediate environment is particularly harmonious and offers beautiful centers of interest (exotic garden, tour 'Moor', Roman excavations, luxury chiringuito ...)

The beaches are relatively narrow but gently down into the sea. The western part, immediately right in front of the Las Dunas hotel is sandy. 400m to the east, is a wide sandy beach with chiringuito Heaven (summer concerts on weekends) and kitesurfing spot.

San Pedro de Alcantara, LAGUNA VILLAGE (4 km), Estepona, Marbella offer beautiful beaches, including the largest.

NATURISME:

Costa Natura beach 400 m. Naturist beach. National 340 km 149 (our apartment is located at km 164)

Costa Natura in Estepona is the largest nudist beach in Costa del sol.

HEALTH:

At Km 162 of the "c. n. 340 "(State Road 340) is HOSPITEM; modern private hospital open 24/24 with a duty doctor at home. Tel: 900 200 146. Recall that the apartment is located at Km 164 is 2km.

The nearest PHARMACY located 300m away on the other side of the road

The area located in front, next to the golf EL COTO, has some popular appeal, with its two popular restaurants. Menu at € 8 EL CASERIO, next to the pharmacy and tennis courts.

GOLF COURSES:

The region is dotted with attractive golf courses including one at 100m in a straight EL COTO (green fee € 15).

A 3 km, in Cancelada, is a world-class golf in "VILLA PADIERNA *****". Go have a drink or eat (dishes between 15 and 30 €) on the terrace at the foot of the lake, after you wandered around the Italian-style gardens (Mrs. Michele Obama stayed there in 2010). The hotel has received the 2013 title of most beautiful hotel in Spain.

A little further away in the hills (5km) you will find international golf courses in the Marbella Club ***** and ***** Monte Mayor

SELWO:

This is an animal theme park that is located 3km to discover both the small as the great.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:

Art dealers are revealed to the hazards of the road. And the towns of Marbella, Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara have old centers that compete with their charms latest outbursts of Puerto Banus. Each of these cities has centers and small and giant shopping complexes.

Further away, of course Gibraltar and its unique landscapes, fine sandy beaches with their giant dunes & the surf spots in Tarifa, bullfighting town of Ronda, the Tivoli World in Benalmadena, Mijas AQUAPARC the PICASSO Museum, Thyssen and POMPIDOU to Malaga, the coast ... CASINOS

Cave paintings in the cave of PILETA; a privilege to approach to within a few centimeters of original paintings of bison, horses, Paleolithic ...

Bisse of Benahavis; 4.6km walk along the original Moorish irrigation canal over the River Guadalmina.

SHOPPING:

Local shops are open Monday to Saturday from 10 to 14h and from 16 to 22h

Department stores are open Monday to Saturday from 9 to 22h.

A Cancelada (2km) you will find Supersol stores (also open on Sunday mornings from 10h to 14h), Lidl, Mercadona and Bricorama

In Puerto Banús: El Corte Ingles shopping complex

In Marbella, 20km (exit Ojen): La Cañada, giant shopping complex

Towards Estepona Aldi 3km, 6km supermarket Carrefour, Lidl same city.

In the port of Estepona, you will find the Opencor store, open from 8am to 2am 7J7

ON:

• Monday, the largest market in Marbella

• Wednesday, ditto in Estepona (starting from Salinas, the entrance of Estepona, stay on the highway and then exit Stadium / Bomberos (fire) 3 km away

• Thursday in San Pedro de Alcantara

• Saturday, flea market in Puerto Banús

• Sunday morning, pretty nice little market in the port of Estepona (costume jewelry, leather goods, ...)

RESTAURANTS

Generally, lunches are served from 14h and dinner from 20h-8:30 p.m.

Chiringuitos "HEAVEN" beach café located at the mouth of Guadalmansa river, 500m from the apartment by the sea, after "Princess Hotel"; weekends in summer, Andalusian show. Alternatively, take the N340 road towards Malaga and take a small road / the first exit on your right (backward 400m then left ...)

El CASERIO **, a few minutes walk from the apartment, 100m to the right of the other side of the bridge, next to the pharmacy. People (menu € 5 to 8.)

RIGHT: to access the following restaurants, commit yourself without fear in the courtyard of the Hotel Las Dunas

Las Dunas: This magnificent hotel was the glory of the Costa del Sol. It now offers a fitness center * 5. Go grab a fruit cocktail for you to feast the place; beautiful garden with fountain inspired by those of Granada and idyllic sea view. This is our favorite must and it is 2 steps

JOLLY ROGER, 200m from the appartt, overlooking the beach ** in El Pirat ** complex (set of holiday cottages in Andalusia style / pleasant stroll, overlooking the sea)

PLAYA BELLA ***, 300m from the appartt side road. Excellent

next, A Tavola, pizzeria & trattoria: good

A LITTLE AWAY +

Chiringuitos "LA ANTIGUA *" is a very nice beach restaurant, output (Cancelada) and then directly to the right, enter the residential complex of Costalita (pass the guards) and then left. The direction of "La Antigua" indicated thereon

If we take directly to the right, you reach the beautiful beach of Padierna Hotel ***** and especially its restaurant (1 Affordable must and a nice break); I recommend its maritime paella. The also can stop at the CLUB SPORT offering various activities (tennis, paddle)

LA SAL **, located at the entrance of the village of Cancelada, refined *

EL carcinero **, located 100m to the center of Cancelada; lovely terrace, beautiful presentation ;, dishes varied 3 course menu € 18.50

** The Estepona marina is particularly enjoyable to stroll there in the middle of restaurants and bars. * La Escollera, harbor restaurant opposite the fish market. Very lively and ran Aboriginal

Puerto Banus (port), San Pedro de Alcantara (sea promenade and the city center) is full of both restaurants and attractions

BENAHAVIS, 10km away, in the mountains, wants to be the Mougins Costa del Sol; gourmet restaurants in profusio

excellent apartment

excellent apartment. furnished to a very high level. excellent for touring local towns as the main coast road is very close. Also great for a family as the ppols are so convenient. We have a 4 year old son who loived the kids pool - and was relatively quiet. Fully recommend.

Superbe appartement de grand confort

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement de grand standing, avec une cuisine très bien équipée (fort appréciée car nous cuisinons aussi en vacances....), avec une très grande terrasse au bord de la piscine et à 100 mètres de

la mer. Nous avons savouré ces 15 jours en famille dans ce décor de rêve. Merci à notre hôte pour son amabilité.

Excellent séjour à Estépona en Andalousie

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans ce très bel appartement, spacieux, confortable et conforme à l'annonce de son propriétaire. Très bien équipé, il permet également d'avoir un accès direct à la piscine privative de la résidence et de profiter des magnifiques espaces verts alentours et du bord de mer à quelques centaines de mètres. La salle de sport est très bien équipé et le spa permet de bons moments de détente.

Nous recommandons de posséder un véhicule pour profiter des environs et accéder aux curiosités touristiques proches ou plus éloignées, sachant que la circulation hors saison est très facile et pas du tout stressante.

MAGNIFIQUE

Nous avons passer 3 semaines magnifiques! L'appartement étais au dessus de nos espérances! Spacieux, propre, très bien équiper, literie en très bonne état, la terrasse très grande avec un accès prive sur la piscine.

Le propriétaire très disponible et très aimable.

Nous allons souvent en Espagne mais cette location es de loin la meilleur de toute!

Je recommande fortement cette location!

Taxis are parked in front of the building continuously. To / from the airport: 75 €

Marbella Salinas taxi costs about € 20.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

They are quite cheap and frequent (15/30 ').

100m from the Salinas residence on the national before the bridge, there is a bus stop (towards Marbella) that will take you to various locations along the coast, such as San Pedro de Alcantara, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Malaga Airport.

From the bus station of Marbella, buses will lead you to most major cities in Spain. All 45 a direct bus leaves for the airport, with room for luggage.

It is also a common way to get to the apartment. On leaving the hall of the airport, the bus stop is in front of you.

CAR RENTAL

Personally we rent at "Malagacar. com "with satisfaction and a very attractive price (rental located 500m from the airport and provides a shuttle every 5 minutes); Home Malagacar the agent at the exit of the airport lobby.

From mid-July to mid August attendance areas is probably higher but traffic remains fluid throughout the region. NB: there is a resurgence of circulation since 2014.

TRAVEL AGENCIES

You can take organized trips of a day or more in buses, to Tangier, Cadiz, Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Ronda notably by going to one of the two hotels of urbanization; French tower operator / JetAir (400m).
