A quiet, well-equipped home, with its wonderful terraces where you can rest on its peaceful sun loungers before noon or at sunset, watching the sunset that sets on the side of the majestic Famara cliff at 600 meters of altitude.
Housing of recent construction, it has on the ground floor a terrace at the entrance, large living room, kitchen, toilet and utility room. And upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed ideal for children and young people, a bathroom with a shower and a dressing room with a folding bed.
